Seer will sneak around to where he can see the goons but they can't see him, then when Tomcat gives the order, he'll swipe his hand at their legs, knocking the bunch over.

ACTION: Provide cover fire for the newcomers using my weapons(Probably a pistol and a knife, but it is pretty much your choice dm)

"Want to see a magic trick? For this one, I'll pull a god out of my own head! How does that sound?"

He lifted the Evoker (which appeared to be a normal gun to everyone save Richard and the Shadow) to his head, pointed it at his temple, and fired.

He expected Vishnu, the Preserver of Hindu mythology to appear.

He didn't expect what HAD to.

(I'll let someone take action first before I finish this. Suspense. :P)
