Sigurd gives The Shadow a wide smile, and claps him on the back.
"Thank you. If you need my help, simply request it. Anytime."

[Nerjin]

"I appreciate your offer however I would ask that you wait to thank me until I have found a weapon suitable for you." The Shadow grinned slightly as he thought of how to best proceed to acquire the proper weaponry.

Anyways, I don't have anything to contribute to the conversation anyway. But I'm not dead.

"Anything else you saw in there, Sigurd? If not, we should skidaddle, after Lonnie finishes his call."

Sigurd lifts up a small knife, holding by the blade like one would a toothpick.
"Here. The tool of a wood carver. Are there any artisans around?"

((Work again. I swear. No one talks when I'm off, but when I head to work everyone starts talking.

I have tomorrow off, but we're going to have the same issue on Thursday. Friday I have the evening off, as well as all of Saturday.))

Tomcat picked up the radio from his jacket pocket. "Sorry. I think the explosion did a number on my ears." He held it close to listen in. "I'll whisper what's being said, so everyone knows what's happening."

Someone else needs to get a police radio or something.

Apparently, someone is robbing a bank. The power there went out, but a bank teller managed to hit the panic button. It's probably some sort of supervillain, or else a crook with great timing. How will you approach this issue?

((If I work an evening shift I'll mention it in the OOC. This way it won't get held up like yesterday.))

Lonnie finished whispering the message back, being sure not to talk loud enough to drowned himself out. When he finished he turned to the group. "Huh. Another bank job in progress. It's a little far from the warehouse district, but if we hurry it shouldn't be a problem." He cupped his chin with a fur covered hand. "How do you think they killed the power? Panic buttons are usually tied into the emergency power."

"Bugger. They probably cut that connection somehow."

[Xantalos]

"I think we should go there, but the hideout is probably trapped or ambushed by now. That's what I'd do, anyway: distract the team with petty crimes, then show up where they least expect it. But we can't let them get away from the bank, so let's go."
