Sigmunds steps into the cafe, squeezing his mass through the door sideways. He gives his allies a wave as he takes the seat next to Richard.
"Greetings mortal allies. I assume your slumber was restful? Oh, by the gods, why are these seats so small?"

"Suppose they're not made for badass big dragonslayers like you. Oh, and the chair's breaking."

Sigurd grumbles a little, shifts his weight forward onto the table, and takes a quick look at the menu.

"Have you been here before? To eat?"

"Have you got a short memory? We were here yesterday. Anyway, order, I'm paying."

[Spinal_Taper]

"To eat. How much do they give you?"

"A medium sized plateful, so no feasting for you, Sigurd. No getting drunk on mead and poetry either."

"This time... It dissapoints me. Can I get multiple plates?"

"Only if you pay for it yourself. I'm not paying for more than one course for all of us."

[Spinal_Taper]

Sigurd shrugs.
"I will have this 'Continental Breakfast', then."

"Right."
When Richard's ordered baguette with a coffeee arrived, he ordered a Continental Breakfast for Sigurd, looked for any other of the 'League' coming, then continued reading his English folklore book.

"Hello gentlemen." The Shadow said uncloaking next to the group, having finished his business with The Light "How are we doing today? Sigurd why do you appear so down?" the smirk on the Shadow's face was an odd one.

"Maximillian, want anything while I'm ordering? It's on me today, as an apology for yesterday's display with Succubus."

I wonder where Tomcat is....
Does anyone else have a police scanner or something on them, or is it time for creativity?

((Sorry. Morning shift today and tomorrow. I'm here for the rest of the day though. Tomcat can have his computer send text messages of events in progress to an IP phone if it's a convenient plot device.))

Lonnie came running into the cafe, looking around frantically until he saw the rest of the League. He quickly approached the table. "Sorry I'm late. I guess I slept in this morning." Lonnie sat down. He waved down a waitress and ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich and a coffee before turning back to the group. "So the Light said that he was suppose to drop off the money at a warehouse on the corner of Main and Somez. Anyone think it's still worth looking into?"
