Lonnie found his eyes were getting heavier and heavier. He snapped up in his seat. It would be bad for him to pass out there. It was such a public place, and he didn't want to drop his guard. Sure, no one would get hurt, but he didn't want to deal with the explanations. He stood up in a hurry, and got into the elevator. It didn't matter what floor he picked, he stared at the buttons for a second then called out into the lobby. "If anyone needs to find me I'll be on the third floor! I'll toss a note on a door of the one I took." He slammed the button for the third floor and waited for the door to close.

When the door opened again he darted to the nearest apartment, opening the door to make sure it was empty. It was. He checked the one next to it, also empty. Last he checked the other adjacent apartment, also empty. He returned to the center apartment to look for post-it notes or something to write on. He found a small stack of paper, probably for a long-forgotten printer. He prepped three notes, two of which read. 'DO NOT TAKE THIS APARTMENT', and the other read 'Tomcat's Apartment, Please Knock'. He grabbed some tape from an office desk and rushed out into the hall to place notes on the doors of the two nearest apartments along with his own. He returned to his own apartment and calmly dropped his coat on the couch. Without needing to worry he headed to bed, which he found after a minute of quick exploring.

((Yep. Nothing odd here. :P))

Richard took his leave, and walked down to his friend's house, several blocks away.

Sigurd simply turns over to lie down where he sits. He's slept in worse.

The Shadow grimaced as he finally came up out of the basement. "It would appear that most of them are asleep. Let's go see an old friend." Walking slowly to the room that contained The Light with a small smirk he said "Hello old friend. I trust there wasn't too much violence from my new associate?"

[Should I PM the rest of my actions regarding the light?]

When it's stuff the other heroes wouldn't know, it's your discretion. Post or PM, it doesn't matter to me.

Sure, I was hoping we could do that. I'm still getting the hang of a regular list of characters...

Dawn breaks. Everyone wakes up. What do you all do?

Richard heads out to the cafe they met yesterday for breakfast, mulling over normal stuff.

Kathryn heads out to breakfast with Richard, tailing him. She lets him know she's watching his back.

Richard sees, out of the corner of his eye, a shadow, blurred to his sight. He fingers his Evoker, before realizing it's a friendly and calms down.
"Nice to know that if I suddenly get attacked, I won't be alone. Why don't you come and sit down? I'm ordering."

"Picking up the check too? What a gentleman." She says coyly, sitting across from him.

Richard smirks and calls for a waiter.
"Just thought I'd be nice and make up for what I did yesterday-oh wait, no, you didn't see that. But anyway, I just thought I'd be nice. What would you like, exactly? I'm just waiting here for Sigurd and Lonnie to show up. Maximillian's still in the basement, interrogating the Light, and Jakc went...somewhere."

"I'll start with a cup of orange juice and a pastry. Something sweet..." She says offhandedly, looking at the menu.

"Right. Waiter!"

Richard placed his and Kathryn's orders, then read a book on English folklore.
