It seems that Tomcat, The Shadow, and Ragnarok are still interested. BFEL's guy might need to be un-retconned out, but no loss. That just means we need to write in Mindmaster and wait for last-minute additions. Any objections to having a start at 5:30 or so? If I can, otherwise maybe 6-7.

Alright...
Tomcat, the Shadow, Ragnarok, and Mindmaster meet up at the same coffee shop as they met at the previous day. The first order of business is to choose a temporary leader, to moderate discussion and break ties until an official leader can be chosen. The Shadow's experience wins him the temporary position.
They quickly come up with a list of things they need to do:
1. A plan of how to detect and defeat any criminals in town.
2. Some sort of base.
3. A team name.
4. Someone to help with breaking ties.

These are the first things they think of. Let's hear the RPers come up with their heroes' answers and any other topics they think merit discussion.

The Shadow smiled as he adjusted his tie “Gentlemen your trust in me was wise choice. However we need to address a few issues first. While I’m sure we can hash out how to find villains and such in a bit the most pressing issue is our name. I propose that since we are all Gentlemen and we are all extraordinary and that we are forming a league we name ourselves The Department of Paranormal Activity Monitors. A bit dull yes but it is an official name!”

Tomcat adjusted his cap as he leaned back in his seat, sipping his cream-heavy coffee. He placed his cup down and looked at the Shadow. "...And what about non-paranormal criminals? If they're organized enough they can be just as dangerous." Lonnie leaned forward, looking around at the others with his sharp emerald eyes. "What about The League? It's short, but the name is flexible enough that we can always use it without it seeming arbitrary."

The Shadow looked at his team-mate with a small smirk "I'm sure with our connections alone we could easily find out anything we need to know. Ragnarok and Mindmaster would just be icing on the cake. But if you insist on dealing with regular criminals than I shall not stop you. I would much prefer we stick to paranormal... I will consent to The League if the others agree."

"Eh... I am not so interested in investigating the paranormal. I think with The League."

[Nerjin]

"Surely you are joking? We are to stop crime. Obviously as we have powers there will be villains with powers no?" The Shadow replied a little surprised at Ragnarok's lack of enthusiasm towards the paranormal.

[I posted just to point out that for now you should probably at least put your characters name in each post until we start to remember who is who. I had to look through some stuff to find it. Not hard right now but as the thread grows it'll be harder to do.]

Ragnarok glances back at The Shadow. He spoke in a emotionless, but heavily accented voice.
"I seek where the gods are. Where my artifacts are. What happened to my people. Those paths will cross though."

Lonnie shook his head at Ragnarok. "...I doubt you'll just find those answers fighting crime Ragnarok. If you wanted to look things up in your own time I'd be willing to help you do some research into your people." Tomcat turned back to the Shadow. "That reminds me, how will we do our information gathering? I have police database access from when I worked as a detective, but it's hardly is useful for new threats that have never been reported."
