Giant badgers, obviously.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

obviously.

Indeed. It would usher in an age of peace between Dwarf and badger kind, and usher in a new age of vengeance and industry upon the rest of the under and overworld.

The Giant Badger Mount is enraged!

Though anything with hooves would make a formidable mount indeed! Mules, Donkeys, Boar, ... ponies?

Giant sponges?

Giant sponges cannot move without dodging or falling, and drown out of water. Scary foes, laughable mounts.

I was thinking for some sort of elite dwarven SEALs/SBS type unit.
Who cares if they can't move? They'd be some sort of... defensive mount.

...You're arguing with the GM? Why don't you argue with Jesus about how much Peter liked clams?
Because each player's delicious tears are fuel for the continued torture that is the Warrens of Oric the Awesome.

Dwarves should ride horses by desperately clinging to one leg, hoping to not get thrown off :P

Arguably he's already a progressive, just one in the style of an enlightened Kaiser.
I'm going to do the smart thing here and disengage. This isn't a hill I paticularly care to die on.

I thought about doing that, but didn't - does that make me more or less of a grammar nazi?
