Wood stock not used

Hello everyone !
I have a problem in DF, and I don't know if it is a bug or else: my dwarves stoped stocking the cutten wood in the appropriate stockpile. So now my main wood stockpile is empty and the new wood stays outside, as if there was nowhere to keep it. I tried to make a new one, and anoter one outside, but it is still not working.
I dont know if I manipulated something wrong, but as you can imagine it's really problematic if my charpenters have to go outside every time they have to craft something...

Did you accidentally turn off wood gathering?

Where can I find this option ?
(I forgot to precise that every dwarf have the wood hauling option activated)

It's also possible that you accidentally hit "a" while looking at a stockpile, thereby disabling the "take items from anywhere" setting.  I've done that a few times.  If the stockpile is set to take only from links, but doesn't have any links, then you'll get this behavior.
