A vote isnt practical for this since it dosnt give a chance for other options to be added.

So we'll do it simply in this since ideally we want this decided before we begin playing.

Ill tally peoples choice and we'll see who wins.

Become folk heroes. If we are the lesser of the evils, the cops may even treat us better, the people will come to us first, and we'll get more defections from the other gangs.

Judging from the gang information i wouldnt count much on defections.
The gangs are all groups of people who are more or less the same id doubt many if any at all will defect unless there gangs already going down.

But if we are gonna play nice within our border ill take my violence outside our border.
