For Havel, I'd say something solemn and resonant would be most fitting, with strong religious denotation. What about a nice Gregorian chant?

If the moderator survives, then Black Maple will surround him, capturing him again.

While this is happening, Zanzetkuken will
1) Planeswalk to a New Phyrexia Conversion oil source.
2) Grab some of the Phyrexian Conversion oil.  (Planeswalker spark immunity to Phyrexis FTW!)
3) Planeswalk to a swamp on another plane.
4) Use the swamp's black mana to bind the Phyrexis to his will.
5) Planeswalk to where the moderator is captured
6) Throw the oil in the face of a Black Maple soldier, corrupting him/her into a phyrexian, who spreads the oil to other Black Maple soldiers, who spread it to the vehicles, etc.  (Oil would be instructed to not corrupt the Moderator.) [ETA of this step: 15-20 minutes]
7) Laugh as the Canadian army becomes his own.  [ETA:~1 hour]
Use Infinite Mana/Myr combo [ETA: 30 minutes for army larger than the population of the world, thanks to the method's nature]
9) Conquer World, uniting it under the equal hive mind of Phyrexis.  [ETA: a few days to a week.] (Exponential increase!)
10) Game won.

Alternative Plan:
1) Planeswalk to Africa.
2) Infinite Mana Combo.
3) Planeswalk to orbit.
4) Before running out of breath, use the 1000000000 mana gained to cast a fireball spell that annihilates the world.
5) Game won.

There's always a plan. Off the top of my head, the followers of Lunus and Solarian would unify in the basis of such a threat (and more importantly the gods themselves) and nullify it.

Actually, I should list abilities/stuff.

Alteration (TES III Morrowind): meh, not entirely setting the magic world on fire, but he can at least use a few spells when it's nifty to
Dragon Shout (TES V Skyrim): only really FUS RO DAH. As confirmed 50-60 mins ago
Psionics (XCOM: Enemy Unknown): has the issue of being incredibly physically draining, to the point of a personal telekinetic field/mind control rendering him unconscious.
mechanically minded: he only really knows about what he actually owns. the rest he might be interested in deciphering, but only after a while
sciency minded: passed his science classes, but not by much. He'll mostly read random stuff and lose most understanding after a while.
pilot: above average piloting his Phantom craft, but most other things only matches to most out of academy greenies.
shooter: pretty good, considering most 'diplomatic' (known as 'boring political shit' to The Moderator) attempts either turn into threat sessions or end up shooting.
Swords/fists: often getting attacked in barfights leads to a somewhat dislike for fist-fighting. At swords, is almost hopeless against any opponent with experience.

And would it be fair to say that that other person that attacked BM I believed was a figment of my imagination, and told me that it would eat my family if I didn't?
