Sounds great. Maybe at higher levels, the Entity would be able to Manipulate non organic materials as well.

That is likely something that will have to be learned by The Entity first, due to the fact it is not an ability that comes naturally to it. That being said, a higher level of Badassery will definitely make learning such an ability much easier.

Well the text at the card's bottom reads,

So I'd guess some sort of primordial embodiment of all the elements / forces that compose the planet or something along those lines.

It's also classified as "Hydra Avatar", so maybe it's some sort of partial deity.

I was under the assumption that such a rivalry already existed. I imagine their conflicts with one another would be very covert/discreet, however. Their fighting mostly done through subterfuge and such. Can't simply expect to see them waltzing into each other's bases, high-tech guns ablazing, lest they shatter the carefully constructed facade that their respective governments are close allies.

But think of the !!!FUN!!! of a Syndicate Wars-style snatch and grab of perhaps the CIA's biggest threat (I mean, when you roll up to Langley in a Cool-Ship and basically trash the place to save a half-alien hybrid ambassador who happened to be the daughter of a previous Moderator and the Alien''s Fleet Admiral, causing so much goddamn damage it would be written off in a movie as 'unrealistic as hell') AND it's potentially most valuable payoff, coupled with the fact 90% of countries are practicing almost global-scale supervillainy (Australia's attempts at breeding combat-capable native animals, for instance)
