I started a map in a haunted area and all the sudden it started raining elf blood... WHAT THE SHIT!? DID I GO TO HEL!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? :o

just shot him with a balistic arrow, i think he will get stuned from that >.>

It's raining ELF blood.  I think that's closer to dwarven heaven.

Foolprooof way to penetrate aquifers of unlimited depth.  (Make sure to import at least 10 stones for mechanisms)
Toughen Dwarves by dropping stuff on them.  (Nothing too heavy though, and make sure to wear armor.)

I started a fort in an evil biome, and it rained goblin blood. Regularly. It got traipsed right through my dining hall.

Rain of blood, no matter hwat kind IS a hellish thing.
Fortress Mode dwarves cannot even drink it!

My first time doing a haunted biome, and its not only raining elf blood, but the entire ground IS BLOOD RED FROM THE START :o i think it might just be sand but WTF!?

Have one of your dwarves stand in it and see if his skins melts off or something. Blood rain usually applies some kind of random syndrome.

Are you sure? As I remember it blood rain is the only type of rain that doesn't apply syndromes, any other type of goo/other material type rain will have one, but blood rain is just blood.

Well, I haven't really played DF in like a year, and I've been meaning to play some more sooner or later, but this is the thread that officially pushed me to download it again.
