I'm glad you finally got around to doing that!
[3] You'll need some seeds, some electric lights, and some way of generating power indefinitely to make the bunker indefinitely self-sufficient.
The cutebolds research [5-1] goes well, once you get the lab repaired. You get three breeding pairs of a new breed, which is cuter and kleptomaniac. This new breed is, of course, CB-C.
[6] You find a bunch of new, up-and-coming villains. After weeding out the boring, you instruct the rest to fill out applications. They are:
--Mirror, a small, ratlike guy with a great sense of smell. He can copy any skill he sees being done, and can remember up to four at a time. He dislikes nature and likes living in sewers. (Say, didn't you breach a sewer line a while back?...)
--Shaper, a cheerleader who dropped out of eighth grade to become a supervillain. She can deflect and refract light that hits her n various ways, shape cloth with a thought, and has regenerative abilities comparable to, say, a starfish.
--Aussie, a young New Zealander immigrant who thinks people don't know the difference. He owns a boomerang which causes its enemies to freeze when hit with it, as well as accelerating healing. Aussie has farsighted clairvoyance that doesn't work well if he tries too hard, and he tops it off with pure foolishness.
--North Squid, an elderly Dorset with the ability to transform into a squid. Oddly enough, he claims that cold makes him smarter. Downside: He's heavily conservative.
--Psyghost, a lady of about 30. She can move through solid objects and deflect both psychic abilities and lightning. As a final ability, Psyghost can duplicate herself, although each duplicate takes on a different personality, makes them all weaker, and they can't rejoin without killing some of the duplicates.
--Aurous Anger, a very tough person who accidentally turned him- or herself into living gold.
--Chopper, a wild former Air Force pilot discharged for being, in his own words, "madder than Murdock." He has a helicopter for some reason, and is also capable of healing quickly and confusing enemies with psychic static. Downside: Madder than Murdock.
--Sponge Girl, a woman about your age who can absorb water to become gigantic. She is, however, the first autistic villain you have ever seen.
Do any of these sound acceptable? Also, is the contractor's offer fine?
