I'm too lazy to actually do this myself (but I thought about it...) But making a large, mostly immune upperbody (with the tags to also make it a head/brain thing) (I think that's the THOUGHT tag), and making many many many appendages. Then making an interaction to ressurrect corpsepieces (say, from parts that fly off during battle) and then you don't even need [SPEED:900]. You have a billion little buggers attacking, it's enough to bother anything to death, probably... and vs itself, not sure how it'd fare... Hrm. Just an idea though, because I know there are RESSURRECT interactions.

Even better, have the ressurrect also have transform to turn the part into the full creature, so anytime a part is removed, you get another, resulting In a creature that multiplies when anything tries to kill it.

Yeah, that size is DEFINITELY too big for the game. I'm pretty sure that's above max.

Overflow means that you went above the max value and the value looped back to a much lower, maybe even negative, one. The max size is probably around 2^32-1, or 4,294,967,295. It may also be 2^32/2-1, or 2,147,483,647.

(I never did have the exact value; I just had a large number, found it too big, dialed it back by a factor of 10, and that worked)

I think that size calculations are actually more complicated than simply having a max size you can't go over.  It could be that they don't actually come into account until the game tries to calculate a collision, which means that the body's shape and body part relative sizes might have an impact as well.  Sometimes supersized creatures can have even stranger effects than loop-arounds - I have accidentally made giant creatures that would cause all attacks to pass right through them, and they could not damage opponents either - but when I tried to apply the same size to other creatures (to make a 'secret of intangibility', of course), it didn't work.  Also the weight of their corpses were listed as <1...
In my experience, sizes below 35,000,000 tend to work as expected regardless of the creature's shape, but going too far over that can start causing glitchiness.  Kind of a let-down for people who want to make mountain-sized monsters.  (It is possible that the much higher estimate some modders have for max size is actually the result of multiple loop-arounds that happened to land on a reasonably high value.)

Sounds like you forgot to define tissues for the critter.
