Because trying to stuff Fate/Whatever's engrish and the title of a 17th century book on statecraft into Pokemon syntax tends to make the content incomprehensible.

Chapter 21: Before the Storm

Walk in. Let the pieces fall into place.
Give the barkeeper £100 out of the syndicates fund to cover expenses for our little gathering, tell him to give food and drink to all of the people in the pub.
Grab Doug and Mal, give them a description of William and the dirty cop, borrow one of Mal's guns.
"Get your guy's out into the alley quickly and stay out of sight, watch the street we've got a dirty cop coming in soon, once you see them arrive if he has any help in a car then incapacitate them once whoever is going to comes into the pub, if none stay in it then come in behind them.
Send fyfe downstairs with her assistant to tend to our wounded man now that we have medical supplies, have the two of them unload everything and bring it into the base.
Sit at a table next to the main doors on my own, leave the rest of my men in place.

Lucas pays out the bartender and gets all of his crew into place, and pays the bartender all he has on his hands to cover his little party. Soon, everyone is bustling about setting up the drinks and food and looking as natural as possible....

William is "escorted" in, gun to his back, followed by the three policemen. The bartender, acting like he's cleaning out a glass, turns his head up. "Ah, hello sirs, fancy a drink?" The head policeman shakes his head and grins. "Nope, we've just got a witness here helping us out with a possible crime. Now son," he puts a hand on William's soldier, "where's your little loot hide-out?"

The pub's occupants wait for Lucas's orders.

Proceed to the shed near the northeast corner. Then head to the south-side of the estate and clear out the tall grass. As quickly as possible as to acquire a large tip.

Aaron heads over to the mansion's large shed and opens it to a staggering array of various tools. He pulls one of the several lawnmowers out and heads to his designated area.

As he moves to the tall grass, he looks around to see dozens of people maintaining the estate. Gardeners, construction workers, maids, butlers, and all the sort.

Aaron finds the tall grass and looks at the large area in front of him. Revving up the lawnmower's motor, he goes ahead with his work. (Skill: Stamina. Related Skill: 5 Strength = 3 Stamina) (1+3) Aaron shaves off most of the grass by the time his work is over. He sees some men in suits handing out money. One of them approaches Aaron. He shrugs. "Eh, good enough I guess." (+20$, Experience: Stamina))

"Where the feck did you lot go?!"

Fyfe sighs and bandages up the rest of Alex's wounds. "Just get up and go now. You're done."

(Alex is fully healed.)

Keep explaining!

"We're a group of associates that prefers to make money, well, in unorthodox ways. We would be very glad if you could join us. As a matter of fact, we could probably help you get some more profit in the long run, and some more goods to sell in the short run."

"Well, that sounds interesting. Where are you all stationed? And what's your group's name?"

"Pansy..."
Head back to the hawkson boys hideout, then LOOT!

Mason stamps his feet angrily before deciding to take out his revenge on the Hawkson Boy's by raiding one of their bases. He sprints down to the construction site where the Hawkson Boy's are hidden in one of the unfinished buildings. Knowing that guards are there, he tries to remain undetected...(2) until a random guard turns around and spots him. "Oy, what are you doing here?"

(4 vs. 2) Mason responds by punching him in the face. The Hawk stumbles back before countering, (6 vs. 5) and landing a sharp punch on Mason's midsection. This momentarily stuns Mason, long enough so the Hawkson Boy can (5 vs. 4) grab Mason and throw him into a pole. Mason manages to dig into the ground to prevent being totally smashed into the pole. Mason fights (6 vs. 1) by jumping in the air and kicking the guard in the face. The guard falls to the ground, moaning. Mason roars and busts through the door into the compound.

Inside he finds a few Hawkson Boys sitting around. And by that I mean 60.

"I see... Ill check back later." Head back to pub.

You step into the pub to see Lucas's group sitting around while some police guys prod William in the back.

grab one of the high-powered computers, and get past whatever the hell that firewall is.

Jason simply takes one of the Laptop's and goes to work on the encryption. (1+4) He manages to shut out the main part, and all that's left is simply translating all the weird characters.

Smile at the officers and ramble on giving them a lot of important details... about the cast of bad boys 2.
Would any of you care for a drink? My treat for your work cleaning scum from the streets, we could discuss what to do with his friends if you'd like, they had the unfortunate idea to try recruiting me and I'd be happy to assist you with your "investigation" if I'll receive "credit" for it.
Wait for Mals group to come in then say Arsenal sucks absently loudly enough to be heard ( this was the signal I arranged and informed them all meant to attack )
"Arsenal sucks.

Yes. Thank you, TCM, this sentence made my day. (Not anything against anailater, just the pure hilarity of it.)

Anyway, turn.

"Eh, we're from a pub somewhere around here. We're small right now, but we're growing fast... I'd love to tell you more, but I don't want to give you too much info just to have to tell it to some other gang. If you want to learn more, why don't you just drop by sometime with me? I'll have to talk it over with the others first, though."

If he accepts, get his phone number and return to the pub in a roundabout way.

((I am so glad all I plan to do is do odd jobs to make money for now.))

Hopefully I still have the job listings in my pocket. Pull them out and head to one of the other addresses. Take a cab.

(( True but could you not tell him your going for a drink first to discuss it? No sense letting him know the base is in the pub until he's joint and we need to avoid killing people, I've got 3 cops to kill now which is gonna be a pain to pull off without getting us into trouble without adding a fourth body. ))

Plus, you never said it was your base. He might have even interpreted it as you guys hang out there often. That's all.

(( True but he asked where we worked from. I'm gonna find a bigger base and move out of the pub once my men have all arrived back safely though, it's far to small in any case and I have an idea. ))
