This fort has actually lasted quite a while, it's now survived squad attacks, weregeckos (that was this one, right?), lava spills, sieges, minotaurs, it's a pretty solid list.

There's 7 dwarves left.  3 are named, and I believe Naryar is the mayor.  Naryar is trapped outside, Kamin is lying in bed with the others.

Really, the fort is screwed unless you choose my alternate universe save at this point.
