Given the short amount of time a turn takes for this mode of play (I mean seriously, how many drunken days do you to spend playing one DF year?) it seems like a first drunk first serve might be the way to go.

As long as people follow the rules in the OP still--particularly the ones about keeping a working tally of drinks and drinking legally--I have no problem with it. I threw up another poll regarding this, although I'm fine for vetting it in. A fast pace is much more interesting than waiting around a week for every player, after all.

Oh, and the last poll indicated that using Siquo's save file was overwhelmingly in favor, 12-1.

The fortress semses workable.  Even has a pretty outdor area.
For being a mangaer, Siquo has not even comissioned commins I mean coffins to be built.  And yet I see a dead wdarf in the refuse pile.

Also, a staircase going nowehre on the top of the fort.  The fuck.

EVERYTHING'S ON FIRE!!

The siege is broken!  We are victorious!!!!!  Also, the exterior of the fortress continues to burn.
Also, got the two microcline slabs up!  No more ghosts!
The elves made it through the siege!  I traded some pond shell crafts for booze.
A diplomat has left unahppy.  Ops.
We have a mayor now.
More migrants for our glorious fort!  They'll sleep on the floor.
Humans have arrived!  Welcome to the plains Apes!
Moved te metalsmith's pforges inside the fortress.
So...many...puppies.  Well, straight to the butcher shop they go!
Ahhh....yeah, hit copper!  Finally, some METAL.
Bought some booze from the dwarven caravan for next year, didn't bother with anything else.
Sorry about the lack of images after spring, but it got kind of dull after that.  I moved most of the stockpiles indoors, and tghe magma forges behind the exterior walls as well.

And yeah, I can't wait to see these pictures... Jervill's poor, poor liver! I'm waiting to read it until the pictures get posted, and hope he kept a drink tally. I'm always morbidly curious, and feel that it adds a lot to the fort's flavor (forgive the pun).

I just looked at the fort--Brilliant. Simply brilliant. This is going better than I'd ever have imagined.

Just try to keep drink tallies, guys. If there's a mixed drink, it's no big deal, just list it and maybe tell us how big the cup is or whatever. At least while you're still sober. Again with the morbid curiosity.
