It's quite late for me to start but here goes. Thus far I have drank 3 glasses of that 10% home cider (so I'd say about 7dl) and a bottle of St.Peter's cream stout during the last hour and ½ so I'm somewhat drunk but not overly drunk. About right for starting a turn while still having room for further intoxication later during this turn. That stout is pretty good. Smooth and perhaps a bit chocolatey and creamy. The cider on the other hand.. Well, it is pretty good but it could really benefit from a few months of aging (though not for as long as wines or to lesseer extend, beer. 2-3 months would be enough in my opinnion) and it is pretty cloudy. Sure, the yeast has stopped fermenting about a week ago but it is still too cloudy for my taste. Anyway, it will suffice for now (and the rest of the batch will be cleared and carbonated as planned)
..I seem to keep beginning my sentences with "well", "anyway", "nevertheless" and sometimes "though" and "thus" (because: screw grammar, start sentences with though, and and thus) pretty often. Damn it.
