Almost nothing happened that turn.
2 gangs of gobbos and a weak titan that all got obliterated by our 29 soldiers.
Plenty of very unhappy and starving dorfs though. The magma rose 2 z-levels and burned our refuse pile before I managed to seal the leak.
We have magma surrounding our main staircase. Why is it that nothing !!FUN!! has happened to it during these last few turns?

..There is an engraver trapped in the caverns next to an exposed magma tube. It was hard to resist the urge to carve fortifications.

Indeed. Nothing can go wrong, which is sad.
Mainly because the water is in the caverns while our fort is on the top of the mountain.
No chance of accidental flooding 

Well, atleast we still can still burn ourselves even if it doesn't cause an accidental flood and cast the dorfs in obsidian.

Twice.
One worked and ended up burning both the caravans and dorfs and casting the river in obsidian.
The other ALMOST worked and pumped a few urists of the hot stuff on the surface before deconstructing entirely. I think that we tried rebuilding it but it was never finished again
