Let me brief you about the current world state affair sir.
1. The Greater German Reich (Großdeutsches Reich) and the Teheran Pakt Countries.
Relevant Background (last decade history):
After coming as victorious nation of Second World War, the Reich absorbed large area of former Soviet territories west of Ural Mountains. Then they establishes puppet government on other East Europe, Balkan, and Baltic countries. With these Germany backed governments, Germany effectively controlling an empire without staining her hand. The Reich then organized Tehran Treaty Organization of New World Cooperation (
Organisation des Vertrag über von neue Welt Zusammenarbeit) or Tehran Pact for short (but we like to call it Tea Party). This new organization not only discussing economic or politics but also about mutual defense assistance. As the Allied Nations become more centralized after the Great Depression of late 80s, the Tehran Pact also doing the same in which they establish a joint economic council effort to combat economic recession and to coordinate economic policies similar to ANEA. But unlike ANEA that become a nucleus for Allied Directorate and mostly independent from members state influence, the Tehran Pact Economic Council are dominated and controlled by the Reich, so effectively Reich control all the Tehran Pact members industrial output and military units, and if we consider that many Germany backed government are corrupt and inefficient, this new configuration actually makes the Tehran Pact countries much more stronger than before. Damn those Reich and their efficiency COD.
When Allied State found TN deposit under Yunnan in East China on 1996 and Prof. Otto release the preliminary Sorium applications, the Reich are concentrating their effort to develop core mining and TN tech research. They found their own deposit in Kaukasus and Eastern Europe Plains in Former Soviet in 1998. In March 1999, Prof. Marsha Hauffler from MIT found the basis of all TN techs application, soon the Directorate recruit him as official Allied Lead Researcher and employed in ARLaN laboratories. The Reich then follow suite in April 1999. Since then we and Reich are often cashing with each others in LOE but no one gonna ever find about this.

The Economy:
Ah yes, the economy. Reich economy and industrial capabilities are in more or less term: ARE SAME. Those damn Reich can mine and make things as better as us, in all capabilities we can say that our current Economy and Technological level are the same. God Damn those politicians back at 1990s, I had told them to invade Scandinavia and Indonesia and the make use of the industry base there but those pencil pusher never listen: The Reich will nuke us, they say. The Ground Army:
Our intelligence estimated that the Reich had 30 Old-Tech Infantry Division and 20 Armoured Division. While those Panzer Mk-XIX Super Lion are quite old things in this TN-Era, it still pack quite a punch. The German also had 2 Engineer Brigade, and 8 Garrison Infantry armed with 50mm Gauss Machinecannon. Luckily, those Gauss Machinecannon are very heavy and not very moveable. The army compositions and number are very simillar with our Ground Army.
So we can sufficiently say, if we engage Germans on ground, we are in stalemate.
The German had 50 Missile bases. From our intelligence we know that 10 of them are equipped with TN MIRV design that mimics our design. It looks like some spy had their hand on our classified data.
The Space Navy:
The German had 4 Shipyard, named with famous Nazi Leaders. Speer Shipyard and Todt Shipyard are the German Commercial Shipyard. Speer had 25.000 ton shipbuilding capabilities while Todt ony had 10.000 shipbuilding capabilities. Both Shipyard are located in geosynchronous orbits above Moskowen Komissariate. The Fuhrer Hitler Spaceport are the planetside facilities for those two Shipyards.
The other 2 shipyard are Military Shipyard, nicknamed Rommel and Hindenburg, the tonnage are unknown but based on radar and visual sensing using Siberia and Korea Space observatories it is estimated that the total tonnage are closes to 3500 tons. Both shipyard changing their orbit daily, but mostly stayed in Geosynchronous orbit above Prussia. Bismarck Military Spaceport are the planetside facilities for those two orbital shipyards.
We had very little knowledge of known Reich design although we pretty know their outside features, but as the Reich participate in the Annual Jakarta International Aeronautical (AJIA) Expo in 2003, we get some glimpse of Reich internal ships, assuming the Reich didn't tell lies (as what we usually do).

The main Reich Survey Vessel, designed to travel and cover all Solar System even on Oort Cloud. The Reich claims the Ship can go more than 1700 km/h (they never go this far when near our sensor at Earth). Equipped with latest EM and Passive sensors (unknown Sensitivity) the Reich claims in can detect heat or Em signals from millions kilometer away.
The Ships are powerd with 2 BMW Neau-5 Commercial Engine, that we can find used in numerous civilian voidship prototypes so we know some of the capabilities of the engine.
If we look at this photograps, we can see two Geosurvey sensor on her dorsal hulls. We can't see anything resemble weapon although it can be concealed turreted weapon. We don't know.
The German had two ships of this class named Horizont and Zukunft, currently undergoing maintenance and crew training in Rommel-Hindenburg Naval Orbital Shipyard Complex.

It is a dual-role Cargo Ship. Although it was more faster and versatile than our current Freighter and Colony Ships, it is very expensive to built and had very limited cargo capabilities. The MV currently only had two of this ships. We think that this ships wil make frequent trips to Venus when Reich started their building their new colony.

Here is a visual photographs of what we think a prototype Reich voidships that was caught in our sensor in 2002. The Reich say in AJIA Expo 2003 that they had lauched a new generation of Voidship: the Eisenmeteor of the Reich Weltraumwaffe.

Not many things we know about this ship, except the Reich claims it speed can reach 1500 km/s powered by 3 Daimler Thermal Engine. It main armament are three 100mm Infrared Corundium-Crystal Laser that was claimed are lethal under 50.000 km, but Prof. Keyhead the Senior Energy Scientist from ARLaN say that the laser of that size only had effective radius of 30.000 km before it become too dispersed. As what we now, the Reich had two Ships of this class in Earth orbit undergoing routine overhaul before sent into Venus.
And now, in this autographs you can see our latest satellite photo showing area around Austrian Alps and this one on Armenian Kaukasus, the last on is around Southern Ural Mountain Range. The large shadow we see in here and here are the German latest meson-armed PDCs, called Heimatbasis that was built somewhere in 2002-2003 periods.

From the ground based photographs as we can see in this slide, the PDCs are heavily armored with Duranium Concrete and guarded by an Army Division. As the meson weapon always concealed we don't know the number or the details of the weapons. But from the size it's almost a certainty that it was a quad turret. We think that the PDCs function are for Anti-Missile Defenses. Based on our satellite intel we estimate the German had 4 of this PDCs.
And that conclude our presentation of Reich military capabilities. Based on their naval and and doctrines it is safe to assume that the Reich are mostly about oversaturation with small missile for long range engagements and swarming with heavily armored ships for close combat.
2. Union of Non-Aligned Countries (UNAC)
Relevant Background (last decade history):
Union of Non-Aligned Countries or UNAC (also called Guṭa nirapēkṣa dēśōṁ kē saṅgha in Hindi. Persatuan Negara-Negara Non Blok in Indonesian, and Unión de Países no Alineados in Spanish) are Supranational organization established by India, Indonesia, and Argentina in 1973 as Mutual Assistance Pact in case one of the country was invaded by Reich or Allies. In several decade the UNAC incorporated most Southeast Asia, South Asia, Pacific Micronations, most Central Africa states, and South America. In 1993, Scandinavia nations joins as "Friendly Country" then joins in late 1999. In 2001, the Israel federal states joins the UNAC.
They currently using their resource trying to develop indigenous TransNewtonian tech capabilities independent from Allied nor Reich support.
UNAC are previously dominated by India, Indonesia and Argentina or the Big 3. But since Scandinavia country and Israel joins, the power are now balanced between the pro Big 3 faction and pro Israel faction. If given sufficient time the UNAC can be a centralized supranational entity like Allied Nations.

The Economy:
From what we can see, the UNAC industry are essentially still conventional. We estimated they had 1800 industrial complex in Indonesia, India, Argentina, Israel and Scandinavia. Most Central Africa states don't had effective governments thanks to the years of civil wars (that we of course never involved at). As for now as a whole UNAC is the Third strongest economy in the World. They already had deep TN core mine in Papua, Chilean Andes and Kashmir.
The Army:
For a intent and purposes, the UNAC army are still what we called traditional. They had 20 Infantry Division and 10 Armoured Division. Although it seems insignificant, as we now are at military stalemate with Reich, anyone that allied with UNAC will crush the others. Unfortunately (or fortunately) the UNAC didn't show any interest to join any side.
With the addition of Israel nuclear capabilities, the UNAC had 18 nuclear missile silos distributed in Indonesia, India, Argentina and Israel, although it was still equipped with the older ICBMs. There had been some rumor that Indonesia wished to buy TN-MIRV missiles from Reich. But we still didn't know the details.
The Space Navy:
Since they retired their moon shuttles in 1999, The UNAC didn't had any voidship anymore although they still keep the space programs active that was based on Joined Space Research Administration Space Station. The Space Station had very limited capacity to construct voidships at the moment, with only 1000 ton slipyard. The Station main usage is for managing and maintain the hosts of communication satellite that UNAC had.
3. The Two China
Relevant Background (last decade history):
At the starting stage of World War 2, Soviet help Japan invading China. Soviet mostly held the China interior while the Japan keep the coastal region. The Soviet then establish People Republic of China a Soviet puppet state. When the Britain and France pushes Soviet back in Middle East into Caucasus, Reich using this opportunity to attack the weak Soviet position in PRC. Thus they control the China western half and using it as a base to harass the still Japan position in East China. But then Japan surrender. So the Allied quickly giving the China territories to China Government in exile. But Reich are not so eager to giving back resource rich West China, and then proclaim that the Western China people and minorities want establishes the new Socialist Democratic Republic of China that independent from the old China regime. Of course at that time, we didn't want to aggravate the situation, our hand was full in dividing Soviet, so we let the matter slide. But those West Chinese didn't wait long. In 1956 they invade the East China, we kick their ass back beyond the border. Then they invade again in 1962, this time with better equipped army and airforce, no doubt Reich made stuffs, they pushed the East China to Shanghai Pocket, but we owned them by attacking their behind from Tibet, we almost destroy the West China before the ex-Soviet Urals (no doubt it was Reich orchestrated) entering West China with 1.000.000 troops and the war come to a stalemate. And then back at US and British soil, the public anti-war sentiments grows larger each days. Various antiwar protests happen almost everyday in major cities. The so called "Flower Revolution" must be the result from Reich propaganda of Socialism norm. Because the government started to lose public support we had to pull back our troops in China. Not wanting East China to become another Red Countries, we broker a Ceasefire Agreement in 1972. we equipped the East Chinese with everything we got, new weapons, new tanks, new planes, new missiles, we even trained the East Chinese at the boot camp in US. The Reich become irritated at forced us to sign Tianjin Treaty, we agree because it make sure the China will stop killing each other, at least not when we had finally equipped East China to tooth and nail with Gauss Weapon to curb stomp West China.
The current President of East China is this man: Liu Daihua, a Harvard educated man and a Capitalist sympathizer, that ruled East China since 1989. We didn't had qualms about dictators, at east President Liu was a very efficient Dictator to counter West China.
The current Chairman of West China is this man: Deng GuoChang. This new chairman was the third son of the late Chairman Deng Zhouyi and replace his father as West China Chairman in 2001. GuoChang was a very ambitious person and his dream was China reunification and was backed by most West China military leaders. There had been a lot movement in West China since then. What more worried was GuoChang more or less looks act independently from Reich influences. The Reich had their hand full controlling this new Chairman.
The Economy:
Economically speaking, both China are quite weak. After the devastation of China War in 1970s and global economic recession in 1980s and 1990s Energy Crisis, the China had very hard time to establish her industry and make it run properly. But when TN deposit found on China Soil, heavy investments from Allied and Reich re-stimulate both China economy. Now we estimated there were 600 conventional industry in West and East China. The China wishes to had TN techs, but we and Reich giving they none lest the China balance will be ruined and we will faced with another China War.
We had many economic ties with East China, they give us a quarter of their mineral output each months if we agree to help them if they were invaded by West China.
The Military:
Both China are effectively planet bound. Both China didn't had any active space programs. The military of both China are pretty much the same. It is intentional because as per Tianjin Treaty the size of military are carefully regulated to ensure both China Armies had similar size and structure.
Both China had: 14 Infantry Division, 5 Armored division. The East China had 2 Garrison Infantry equipped with Gauss Machinecannon that we 'sell' to them for 'home defense purposes' and we suspect the West China had similar TN-equipped infantry courtesy of the Reich.
Both China had 10 missile silos. One of East China missile silos are equipped with TN-MIRV missile that we 'secretly sell' to them and we suspect the Reich also supply West China with TN-MIRV.

Brief treaties summaries:
TIANJIN TREATY (1974)
Was signed after Fifth China Peace Talks in Tianjin.
Signatories: Greater German Reich, Ural Republic, Greater Persia (representing Tehran Pact) USA, Britain, France, Japan, Korea (representing Allied Nations), West China, East China.
Neutral Observers: India, Indonesia
1. Both sides (Tehran Pact and Allied Nations) will refrain from stationing their troops in or near border of China territories.
2. Both sides will not giving both China countries Biological or Chemical Mass Destruction Weapons.
3. Both sides Army will not exceed 15 Infantry Divisions and 5 Armored Division for home defense only.
4. No strategic nuclear weapons shall ever placed on China territories.
5. In the event of Third China War broke out both side wi refrain from mobiizing troops to China except for Peacekeeping purpose that will be regulated by a new established organization that will be leaded by a neutral state.
6. Further peace talks wil be held at least 5 years from the day this treaty was signed. (it is never held, East China president get assassinated in 1976)
LUNAR TREATY (1986)
Was signed after the Second International Space Program Cooperation Convention in Buenos Aires.
Signatory parties: Allied Nations, Tehran Pact, India, Indonesia, Argentina.
1. No nuclear weapon or other weapon platform or installation shall ever place or constructed in moon and on Lunar Lagrange Points.
2. Establish what will be called "Lunar Weapons Free Zone" that include the lunar surface and space 50.000 km surrounding Luna at all time.
3. No nations may claim any empty part of the moon as their own, but their extraterritorial rights are recognized in their own base or Lunar Cities.
4. In the event of Colonization of Moon become a reality the moon colonies must not maintain any kind of armies or armed groups except for police duties.
5. In the event of war in space, the contending nations must not using moon as military base nor targeted moon colonies. Failure to do so will be considered crime against humanity.
OUTER SPACE TREATY (2000)
Was signed after Special International Space Cooperation and TransNewtonian Technology Application for Human Progression in Bandung, 2000.
1. All Civilian Voidships must activate their transponder at all times. Failure to do so, may result with ship confiscation by signatory nations.
2. In case war, Civilian Voidship carrying Human Passenger are not a valid target. In case of Cargo Ships not carrying human passenger, the crew must be given time to escape to Escape Pods before the ship destroyed/scuttled.
3. In case of voidship emergency, every ships regardless of nationality had obligation to provide assistance. This include taking crews at Escape Pod.
4. No nations can claim a whole space bodies (planet, moons or asteroids) as their own, but their extraterritorial rights are recognized in their own base, colonies, or the surrounding region which they had permanent human settlements.
5. In case of Venusian and Martian ruins, it will covered in a separate treaties.
6. No nations shall ever maintain Weapons of Mass Destruction that can be stationed in other solar system bodies (example Europa) that can be used to directly attack Earth.
7. To establish a new International Organization of Space Exploration and Colonization (IOSEC) that will be established at Zurich, Switzerland. This new organization will become an independent observer and watch the application of this treaty. (IOSEC are formed in late 2003, it role are more ike Space Court that handle any space colonization related conflict of territoriality)
8. This treaty can be further amended in subsequent Multinational Convention held by IOSEC.
Earth Sphere Nuclear Free Agreement (2002).
Held in Twelve China Peace Talks in Busan.
1. Both Reich and Allied Nations agree to scrap all their old ICBM and facilities that had capabilities to launch missiles larger than 40 ton (8 HS) by 2025.
2. Both Reich and Allied Nations agree that military ships will keep their transponder on if within 20M km from Earth (thus named Earth Sphere).
3. Both Reich and Allied Nations agree that no nuclear missile capable warships that can launch missiles bigger than 40 ton (8HS) shall stayed at Earth Sphere longer than 1 month, except for maintenance or crew training purpose, and they must activate their transponder while inside Earth. Only ships that equipped with Beam-Weapons or only capable launching missile smaller than 40 ton (8HS) are allowed in Earth Sphere.
4. In case of war, regarding other solar system bodies or other star systems, Earth are not a valid target.
5. In case, of hypothetical hostile space alien entering Sol systems. All of the previous points are overruled.
