Depending on your definition, Cascadia may or may not include Oregon, Washington, Idaho, western Montana, British Columbia, and/or the little tail-end of southern Alaska. Named after the Cascade Range of mountains (very beautiful mountains, I might add). Usually it's just Oregon, Washington, and some amount of southern BC.
