Considering the number of people in that area, that actually sounds like a good idea.

I'm not quite sure when I'm moving up there, but within a couple months. So wait for me D:

But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

I'd be surprised if I found anyone else from Northern B.C.? People always say they are going to visit me because they are visiting B.C. for a week. I then ask if they are going to Vancouver and then laugh when they say yes (I laugh nicely =P)

I think there's a meetup planned in January when GlyphGryph next visits the Seattle area.

Hmm.. I DID live in Grenland but now I live in Sweeden..
Would be cool to have at least one pin on Greenland, but now I have to put it on Sweeden instead.

This is the coolest thing since ever. I've always wanted to creepily figure out where people live and think, "Oh sweet, s/he lives in driving distance of my house."

And then do absolutely nothing.

I'll be moving up to Washington near the end of April next year too, and pretty much in the middle of the Washingtonians and Canadites already in the region. This map adds a whole 12% to my Excitement About Moving to Washington rating! If there's a meetup after my arrival, I'll definitely show up.

Would linking http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWQf13B8epw be too much of a derail?

I'd gladly attend a meetup...if, you know, I were wealthy and didn't have a million things to worry about.

Maybe someday!

Certainly you could argue that DF is a lot like The Sims, only... you know... with more vomit and decapitation.
