Why not look for the actual med bay? The Highlanders will probably at least share their equipment; would be useful at least for the heavily injured.
Still, look for technology.

And before you leave tell mark to "do his damn job properly and triage!" (If you are still able to speak, you are not red tag and noone is yet expectorante.)

Also I think we may need to look into acquiring a gray ghost (Recon guy), sapper (Explosives expert) and get lilith some real equipment to play around with back at the base so whlle we wait for her to heal she can design some useful programs to do things we may end up needing (Keyloggers, something to wipe a harddrive, Doorjacks, etc.) It would also be nice to look into stealth equipment, this explosions and shenanigans approach is nice, but at some point we will need to perform a mission with surgical accuracy. We should begin thinking about that.

All in all that is a little far into the future. Right now let's look into exactly what it is we acquired a few new orrifices for. Tech hunt!

We can upgrade our base. We will probably have to wait till we get back though.
