((So we can better document the stuff we find, like the Abomination.  Also how much food do we have left?  All it says in my inventory is 3 days worth.))

Vincent asks for an assault rifle.
You guys consumed two units (two days) of food and water, so you should now each have one unit of food, and three units of water.
Since all you said was 'assault rifle', I'll assume you meant a ballistic one.

MRU: Ballistic Rifle [2000 Cs/One Ballistic Rifle]….

Checks price of something to cut ice, like a blowtorch, and a way to heat it up like a kettle, or stove.

You trip over your own feet and your weapon discharges directly into Damien's face. All thats left of his head is a pitifully small pile of ash and a blackened cranial implant. At least the rest of him is okay.

((Yeesh, maybe I'll just stick to the pistol for now, considering the price of that gun.  Also I have a portable cooking range, so we don't need to buy one.))

Vincent buys 2 flares, a day's worth of food and water and 10 feet of carbon fiber rope.

Ready to go when you guys are.

Do you want to melt the ice, or cut it into blocks?

Jim buys a day's worth of food and water.

You all push and shove one another, trying to get at the keyboard when suddenly Aneos shouts above you.
Guys! Hey guys! GUYS!!

You all shut the hell up and look at him. He holds his hands up in reassurance and confidently steps through you and towards the MRU.
Don't worry. I'm a merchant.

MRU: Two Flares, 10 Feet of Carbon Fiber Rope, 2 Units of Water, 2 Units of Food --- Transaction Complete: -130 Cs

Aneos attempts to haggle with the computer. [6 + 1 Profession] After a short discussion, the MRU happily alters the transaction and charges the agreed upon price of 0Cs. It even throws in a high-tech mining laser with adjustable power settings! Cool!

The items all pop out of the MRU one at a time. Everyone eagerly grabs what they "paid" for and stuffs it in their pack. The mining laser comes in two parts. Jim affixes the two pieces securely and sets it on the ground.
Who should carry it?

"We should probably keep it at base until we need it. That way we don't lose it somehow and waste the discount."

((Whatever seems best, I actually think its a good idea to head out right away and get some crystals with this new laser. You can be the one dangling from the rope if you like.))
