Undead Liberal glitch?

I was in a fire fight, and one of my libeals got shot and the chest and had his heart blasted out, but he was only given "NearDeath" status, and we were able to heal him when we got back to the safe house.

They can if they receive advanced medical attention. It doesn't mean "blasted out" as in physically removed from the body, it means "blasted out" of functionality.

The exact description is "heart blasted"; it doesn't specify blasted out. The heart can be ruined, destroyed, broken, opened up.

Damn you yankees , when i will be in the government i will do things that politicians usually do , like drinking booze , eating food and increasing taxes .

Here in the 'states, politicians typically decrease taxes, though the others are true enough.
