It is assumed that he took this name to throw us off. Using numbers as letters is a tradition in his organization.
History: [Classified]

Information: Subject is armed. At all times, with Russian made weaponry. It is likely his organization has ties to the former-Soviets. As with many in his organization, he watches "MLP", which we have been lead to believe stands for "MIND LEADING PROPAGANDA". He seems to worship a form of cube, codenamed "/k/ube" in what seems to be another attempt to throw us off. Seems to plan on taking over the world, saying "All will be one with Mother Russia", among other such statements.

Battle Plan: We do not know enough about said organization to assault subject directly. Agent Maverick Stirk has been sent to monitor his behavior, as the only one in the location who is more well armed. Agent Stirk suggests keeping him distracted, using something he calls "Anime" and "Forum Games" to keep the subject and his organization distracted for the time being. Plan seems to be working as of [Classified], but Agent Stirk fears the worse for the future as it seems the subject has been continuing to change its "Avatars", leading us to believe it is growing bored with his distractions. Agent Stirk found a way to remove the problem, using [Classified]
