I started a new game and picked all the "A" options, I had 5 Stealth and Disguise, I was able to sneak in, grab 6 Suits of Army Bodyarmor, 4 M16's, three of which were loaded , and 1 M4, loaded. I found the Armory but couldn't get it open. Great start!

Yeah, the sad thing is that the run I died on I found, 7 Suits of Army Bodyarmor, 5 loaded M16's, 4 M4's, 3 loaded, and 7 Secret Documents. Sometimes I think the game just tries to fuck you over.

you should run whenever the consies are suspicious , if they are alarmed and with dogs , you have high chance of getting a conservative rape .

Dogs are the number one threat to the stealth game all the way to the highend.  youll still get caught occasionally at 20 skill.  I think you can convert dogs though somehow, not tried

You can convert dogs by have 20+ Heart and talking to them. You can also get Animal Rights L+ and that will work to, but I think you'll get 20+ Heart first.

i think , if you have a squad with musicians (with guitars) , you can convert anyone .

I posted this so people could see how crap the army was, and the others actually something like questions are tips.
