I've just updated the OP with a new download link and changelog, reflecting the changes made (mostly by other people) over the last few months.

Character creation:
+Androgynous/It's Complicated present, w00t! Wasn't in the changelog so I thought it'd been left out. Thanks much.
~Not thrilled about the stolen sportscar, but can accept it--heat values, etc?
? parents insist otherwise, no matter the birth sex (was that intentional?)
-first-name table appears to initially go for Androgynous/Complicated, despite initial, presumably random, gender-setting
Doors:
>Would be nice if alarmed doors were clearly marked as such in-game, before the squad opens them; I make use of them in my mod maps (well, I would if DAME would cooperate) as "Emergency Exit Only: Alarm Will Sound" sorts of things since Security can't seem to bypass the alarm, and have sign C standing by for that purpose.
Gun Control:
>Ammo availability is not contingent on its weapon(s) being legal, which undermines AR15 value & makes legacy M249 use far easier (Pre-Ban mags/ammo is kinda important IRL); this was present in 463, guessing CPP coding needed to peg a Legality on ammo
Map modding:
-Load Lua problem remains: unable to make new Courthouse or CCS facilities.
Metal detector:
+No longer interferes with the autoadmit-yay!
~Autoadmit lets Heavy armor through, despite it being a clearly invalid disguise. Might be worth thinking about.
