I don't understand what "no borders" means in the context of site maps, or what is causing confusion or crashes. It sounds like something is working right.

Given that his game was crashing (segmentation fault = linux version of an access violation error), it sounds like there's more to it than that.

To me it sounds like he has no walls around those places. My guess is that there was a problem downloading and reverting saves from the last version, and the new map stuff messed up.

The prison is now multiple floors, so they'd be on the second floor.

Just removed the whole .lcs folder, nothing changed. With a character that already has the bank's map, here is how the bank looks:

Right now removing the whole game and rebuilding from scratch to see if anything will change.

The map changed, but is still borderless.

Found the reason. the mapCSV* files weren't copied to /usr/local/share/lcs/art (they aren't defined in Makefile.am's dist_art_DATA). After fixing that the bank looks like this:

...and now I understand why sitemaps.txt wasn't installing correctly on Linux for so long. Looks like Carlos Gustavos saved the day with that some time last year.

I'll have to keep that file updated.
