What's up with sleepers doing nothing except for giving maps? (Judges and lawyers still work as usual)

My agent and police sleepers regularly supply confidential data to me.

My guess is that:

Either they have low effectiveness (and should get busted soon) or they lay low. (When not given specific orders, they lay low and try to increase their effectiveness. You can give them order by using the B key). Also, if given orders, you get to see the results at the end of the month Police, CIA, CCS, CEO and Fireman sleepers will send you info on any raid they plan on making on your safehouses even when laying low.

Also, btw: Why aren't SEAL Suits a disguise at the Army Base?

my army and police sleepers regularly supply me with guns and body armor,but not ammo (can thay be set to send some ammo i.e. 3 mags)

I think I've found a glitch. A safehouse that has never been used somehow has corporate corruption evidence and research notes. I haven't picked up either.\

Talking about SEAL Suits, are they really stealthy? The tailoring option for them calls them "SEAL stealth suits".

Can someone look into the code and give me the armour and stealth stats for the suit?

SEAL Suits are pretty OP, tied for the best stealth gear in the game (with Black Catsuit and Ninja Suit), and tied for the second best armor in the game (with Army Body Armor). As with Army Body Armor, they also allow you to carry an M16 Assault Rifle, M4 Carbine, AR-15 Rifle, or MP5 Submachine Gun in public without causing an immediate panic.

Five minutes or so later, he had grabbed a bank manager, shoved them through into the back room before security could react, tapped into the security and opened the vault.
He stuffed his pockets full of cash, dodged several security teams, and left.

...Rinse and repeat that a few times, and the squad's getting pretty well-off.

This guy can dodge bullets pretty well, too, if he ever happens to get spotted.

Edit: Just found a bug, when you kidnap someone and have someone writing for the liberal guardian, then the news screen becomes distorted.
