//Apologies for the missed turn, work has bit my ass kinda bad in the last few days...

Before the berries or 'shrooms can be fermented, I shall have to scavenge, beg, borrow or steal a container. Ask the others if a barrel can be turned to this most beneficial of uses. Oh, also, keep a close eye on the horses, just incase they take a funny or trippy turn from being the testbeds for the mushrooms.

//Partying was had from passed all the exams. Back to games now.

Vittori goes back to chopping more trees.
Cut down tree's

[roll: 4, +1 team]

One axe, two men, final destination. After short time, another of the trees fell down with a loud creak.

There was simply no empty barrels at hand to be used for fermentation. The only two barrels were occupied by strips and slices of salted meat.

And the horses continued to not show any strange behaviour induced by the mushrooms.

Lorbam starts evening out the planks from the fallen trees, putting dovetails on ends

[roll: 4]

All of the remaining planks got their dovetails - several attempts had to be re-made, though, so around half of the planks is shorter than they were before Lorbam began working on them.

Not to mention a small pile of fixes and whatnots on the side.

"If I should be of SOME use around here, we need at least an anvil and a forge!"
Begin making plans for a smithy.

Smithy, smithy... well an anvil will be needed, and some sturdy ground for said anvil, and then maybe a fireplace or furnace even.

But back to the basics. With a shovel, Gustave began shuffling the ground to get rid of roots and grass. And then, he began stomping and flattening said ground.

Build more shelters.

[roll: 4]

The scribe found re-did the pile of branches and ferns into a singly, sturdy tent-like shelter.

Meanwhile...

Try to scream for help.

A pair of hands pushed Skolt back against the softness of bedsheets.

-Oy, lad, it's allright. Yer safe now. No need for screaming.

These words were spoken by a grey-bearded, but otherwise bald, man in the army's uniform. Younger man, a blonde, in uniform as well, was chatting with some fat guy behind a counter.

Right, Skolt must be at an inn, seated behind a table. On said table, there was a cup of something which smelled like wine. The inn was fully furnished in tables, chairs, and even a fireplace in the corner, but besides the three previously mentioned men, it was currently empty.

The grey clouds hide the sky and sun from the eyes of migrants, setting a gloom atmosphere. It is early afternoon, by the way.

The old soldier nodded.

-Well, ye got taught a lesson about not scavenging old battlefields, eh? Drink yer wine, and tell me what you were doin' on the road? Kuppelbern gates have been closed for common travelers.

Lorbam checks the traps a bit, then prepare the fire for the night using some of the leftovers of the planking

"I was trying to get out of the city to a camp of some sorts in Hurcag" (how is that pronounced, is it "hurr-kag", "hurr-sag", "hurr-kog", or "hurr-sog"?) "field, and apparently the guards let me through. I guess they thought I was a farmer leaving for my house outside the city."

Skolt checks his pockets for the only two things (besides his clothes) that he owns.

"Well, if the barrels are full, I need to empty them then really..."

Begin preparing a small underground cellar/store near the farming area

"The salted meat should keep in there, and then I can use the barrels!"

Make plans for a more advanced house, for shelter, made out of wood.

Chop up trees into nice planks, carry them to the encampment!

Well, not too bad.

For Skolt: //Hur-kag.

The bearded man whistled and scratched his nose.

-Oh, that place. Never heard of any encampment there.

-But I did, I think.

The innkeeper leaned at the counter, looking at the migrant.

-Well at least a wagon filled with people went toward Hurcag's Field yesterday. I saw them from window of my room upstairs. They're making a camp there?

"Yeah. How close is this tavern to Hurcag field, by the way, and who are you exactly?"

Skolt clutches his head.

"Damn do I have a headache.

For Skolt:

-Just leave my inn, follow a dirt road that goes along the forest... and you should spot those people there. You should get there by evening, I think. Pay for the wine first!

The older solider grunted and then moved toward the counter, putting two copper coins on it.

-I will pay for him. Oi, lad, drink yer wine.

With those words, the bearded solider, along with his blonde companion, left the inn. Innkeeper looked at Skolt before sweeping the counter with a rag.

//Will roll proper turn after Skolt.
