Lol, I feel awesome for destroying that monkey, I HATE them! They always run off with stuff... And not useless stuff like socks, they run off with everything WE NEED! I swear, I had one fortress that lost both battleaxes from them so I ran through till the winter when I got a rough forge up and made my own battleaxe out of iron.

KEAS OH GOD THEIR HUGE DEAR ARMOK THE HORROR WHY WOULD YOU EVER SETTLE WHERE THERE ARE GIANT KEAS HIGHMAX YOU MONSTER I WILL HAVE YOUR HEAD.
You really want to screw with a legendary swordmaster? Who is probably still expidition leader? Be my guest :P But when I got in there, I actually saw like 20 keas and the hunter shot down like 2 of them

I can make you stand on SOULCANNON. It wouldn't be an issue :P Update forthcoming tonight, with the save.

Alright then. Autumn came and went pretty peacefuly. The lungfish continue to flop about on their obscene, stubby little fins, Rhesus macaques continue to fall into our cage traps. Except, we have a solution! I present to you....

SOULCANNON!

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Now, you look at that, and you think "Well Wrex, you handsome lupine bastard, whatever does it do?" Well, you pathetic little hangers on, it does this.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

It's operation is simple. Take your victems prisoners, who will be automatically routed to the weapon, and then designate them for Pitting. The pit zone covers the hatches, and can be accessed with the activity zone menu. Then, hit "Pit/Pond Information", and press enter next to the names of them. Gravity will take care of the rest. They will then explode into a thousand pieces.

The fortress defense initiative is paying off. We have thirty dwarves of out 72 dwarf population armed and ready. I reccomend another thirty crossbows produced, and every non miner and woodcutter drafted for their own protection. As that monkie showed off, it works wonders in pest control. The uniform also includeds a helm and leggings, in this case, made from mussel shells. Our miners struck a large vein of casseritite (You will know it when you see it), so I have begun bronze production forthwidth. Some dwarves shoul be excused form hauling duities to refine bronze quicker. We have nothing in the way of iron, so I reccomend we purchase anvils as soon as possible.

And Look at my tomb. So badass. Highmax, you jealous? It's also a statue garden, so that all dwarves can benefit from it's beneficence, and bask in the radiance of the pitchblende statue. It
's times like this, sipping oddly tangy rum from a pitchblende mug, when I step back and think about my life. I think I'll retire, pass on what I know and such.

ALSO LUNGFISH ARE IMMUNE TO SOULCANNON WARGARHBLLLLLLLLL.

Volfgarix, your up next. Btw, in response to your little tomb, mines the FIRST to be made, and has pictures of dragons slaughtering people 8)

Btw, is that dog that had the shit beat out of it during my year, is it still alive or is it not in our stomachs?

Alright then, that means peregarrett is up. If no one else comes in, I'll do rotation and we start from the top again until new people join (they'd get priority for turns). So try to get people to join! We need people to manage this as well! We've come so far, we can't let Daggerdeath fall apart now!
