My dreams are rarely very memorable, if I remember them at all. Sometimes, though, my brain decides it's gonna put on a show.

I was a nuclear scientist in what can best be described as a rogue city-state at the bottom of the Mediterranean. The dream began with my arrival to the city, an enormous cluster of steel-and-glass boxes all contiguous but oddly shaped overall, in a small but luxurious vessel. I couldn't see what it looked like. We docked with the city on an outer edge and put on air masks. The room we docked in was flooded, the pilot explained over an intercom, because the submersible was too heavy to moor directly. The room I was in slowly filled up with water, and the hatch opened. I pushed off the doorway, and grabbed onto a slowly moving carousel. The carousel led through a thick glass door, which closed behind me a little closer than I would have liked, and the room drained of water. The whole process was pretty cool, however inefficient.

Not long after, a very pretty girl with an odd accent led me from the docks to the research facility I'd agreed to work in. I don't remember much of the trip, just that we must have stayed on the outside edge of the building most of the way. On the left, there was mostly white polished steel with the odd electronic billboard with really bright colored ads, and one or two that never changed talking about a "delivery." To the left, dark waters. We passed people every now and again, all of them in track suits with narrow rebreathers around their neck, my guide included. As we walked she talked about the science behind the nuclear program, but it was Greek to me.

Eventually we came to a series of big steel doors with a red and black insignia on it. She told me she wasn't allowed beyond this point, and before I could say anything she was gone. The doors opened, with the corridor going on behind it a short ways before sloping up out of sight. On either side of the door, and in a room behind a window on the right, there were some very serious looking guys with heavy looking assault rifles in their hands and big knives on their belts. They told me to go up the ramp. I did. Up there, a considerably more cheerful scientist with a big red beard greeted me with the same odd accent the girl had. He gestured over to a big window, where there were centrifuges and all kinds of other equipment. He told me I didn't need to worry about that right now though, and that I'd got here just in time to march all the way back to where I came to oversee the delivery.

Fast forward to me, standing on a platform with him and more of the serious looking guards, with a massive crowd on in front of me, the sea and a big cargo entrance to my right. I saw a massive sub vaguely shaped like the Enterprise sail by, followed by about a dozen vaguely TIE-Fighter shaped subs. The cargo ship came next, a comparatively boring box with propellers on the back and a glass dome on top. The whole while, the crowd was cheering, and shouting "GOODS! GOODS! GOODS!" The cargo bay doors opened, and a big box with radiation hazard symbols all over it rolled out on a motorized cart, serious looking guards walking alongside. A well-dressed man who must have been a politician started giving a speech about how our victory was coming, and that the surface would be bathed in nuclear fire before Kalaved (whatever that was.) I didn't get to hear most of it though, the cart was moved along very quickly despite the fanfare.

Flash back to the laboratory, the cheery scientist and I watched the laboratory floor from the same viewing deck I came into before. The scientists on the floor loaded a lump of boring looking gray stone onto a centrifuge, and booted it up. I only got to watch it briefly though, it wasn't long before alarms started sounding. The cheery scientist looked scared now, and yelled that we had to get out right now. I heard gunfire down the ramp, and the sound of the big steel doors closing. On the floor, the scientists had pulled on their rebreathers and the room was filling up with water. We waited just long enough for all five or six of them to get up to where we were, then we ran out another door on the other side of the room.

We passed through a very empty and much barer corridor, the sound of gunfire getting more distant. The formerly cheery scientist was now in a panic, going on and on about how the surface people had come for us, while one of the scientists from the floor fired back that it must have been rebels, and that nobody could have made it past the fleet. We ran up a flight of metal stairs, and turned a corner to a room with a single, serious looking guard outside, and two dozen more inside. He shouted at us to get inside, and we did. In there we could see various places on television screens. One facing outside that showed the enterprise-looking sub taking on water and firing off torpedoes  with fighters swarming all around it, some like ours, some I didn't recognize. Another showed the outside of the laboratory, where the guards had sealed the door and were piling up cover at the top of the ramp. A third showed a very large section of the city being flooded in an apparent effort to stop the invaders. The fourth showed the politician from earlier sitting behind a desk shouting into a telephone.

Suddenly, a wall got blasted in, killing a few of the guards and three of the scientists. I crawled behind an upturned table next to the formerly cheery scientist, who had fainted. The guards fired back at whoever it was, but they were losing the fight. Someone shouted something about taking the scientists alive, this one without the strange accent. The last of the guards were desperate now, and one with a badge and fancy cap turned his pistol on us, shooting the other scientists from the floor, and moving in our direction before something blasted his head off. The last two guards killed themselves, and a man in blue camouflage and a blue UN helmet came around the corner, and shouted that he'd found us. Another guy came and grabbed the unconscious, formerly cheery scientist while the man who'd found us hauled me to my feet. Another guy smashed me in the face with a rifle, and I woke up.

All I remember about my dreams last night was that I was a child or pre-teen. That doesn't happen often, given my childhood.

I was in an apartment, and Nenjin was in the one across the way, and his apartment was splitting away from mine. I offered to let him in my somehow stable apartment, as he was most likely going to die. He refused, claiming he'd prefer to die rather than be in the same room than me.
Then I woke up.

I was in a big building and I was following this man, I talked to him but for the most part he ignored me, he met with this boy because he was going to be the boy's sword in this game they were going to play, I joined them as a cat, later on I was left in a room alone, I was going to fight with a dog so I grew into a huge cat and fought with it, neither of us won but the dog was doing far better then I was.

I was now in a gym and some guy was annoying me, so I tackle him hold him down and bite him in the butt. He gets a sword so I run into the a kitchen and grab my own sword, I say "Scream Resonance" and my sword screams intensely and after a very short battle I break the guys sword I then go and comfort the person who is/lives inside the sword. I was now a woman wearing armor, I was looking over the design of the skyscraper I lived in and was now looking over the design for a second one I was going to build, I decided to pull the person in the sword out, after a while a pillow sheet appears out of nowhere. I begin to see a part of the person within the sword, after sometime I was able to get him out.

He seemed rather nervous and a little crazy, I decided to show him my design for a third skyscraper which I was planning on letting the sword person live in. I now was watching from out of my body, a camel had a sandwich covered in tin foil in his mouth and he was running towards some men who wanted it, he got to the men's camp and dropped to the ground and set down the sandwich, the men laughed and the camel was now a dog, 3 other dogs by him looked at the sandwich and he growled loudly, the 3 dogs were scared for a moment but growled back one of them still having a scared look on his face. I was now in this camp in my female body, I was talking with them about helping get rid of the raiders/bandits living nearby, the leader told me that he would accept my help but right now, he had to prepare first.

I had 2 guys help me get back to my skyscraper and there was a very short scene with me fighting a bunch of people. I grabbed the sword and we both yelled "Lets go soul Resonance!" we both started yelling and getting pulled around and the sword turned from a scythe then back into the same sword with 3 long spikes on one side, we were almost outside and ready to fight!

I woke up.

I had a dream that some african warlord-shaman murderer dude came to my house.  Not my current residence, just 'my house' with my wife, 2 daughters, and son.  It was apparently an apartment that was not on the first floor, as he had to climb up stairs to get to us.

I don't remember all of it, only that there was an invasion of some kind and he was coming to take something away.  We rushed to locked the doors and windows, and in my haste to lock the front door he came up the back in true horror movie style, beating me to the back door by a second.  Forcing the door open, the stabs me a few times, leaves me there, and rounds up the family on the couch.

He sends my wife to get the item, whatever it was.  She, in a fit of rage, attacks him, and gets stabbed herself.  She dies while I watch helplessly.  Then, he gets upset and chops off the eldest daughter's head.  I remember feeling loss and then waking up to realize I overslept, and it was 0630.

Had two dreams this morning.

The first, I'm pretty sure I've had before, maybe even three times. I was a teenage girl with blonde hair, and I was stuck inside a high-tech prison in the middle of a desert. I think it might have been a super powered prison, because I could shape-shift into various animals. I tried twice to escape the prison: I could walk freely around as long as I didn't walk into any "Red Zones". My first attempt involved hijacking their radio tower and using it to call for help. I got as far as getting to their control room disguised as one of their workers. Almost as soon as I started talking into a microphone, The Prison blew up the radio tower with a incendiary bomb.

My second attempt, and my last before I went into my next dream, involved crawling up a long narrow pipe that gradually grew wider as it got closer to the surface. I was almost out of there when a guard somehow viewed me from the top, and slid in after me. Once it got too narrow for him to get any closer, as I was a fish in order to out-slide him, somehow he turned himself into a chicken, shocking both me and him. And then he triggered the trap that by some miracle I didn't both times. Some barbed tentacles grabbed him from the walls, and right as he monologued that he didn't want to die this way, tore him apart. Needless to say, I went back down and immediately went into my next dream.

Sadly, I can't remember the beginning or the middle of the last dream I had, but by the end I was in a Dodge 1964 Charger facing an entire ice-demon army, some of them in their own vehicles. I sped up my car and began to plow through some of their foot soldiers, and after doing this for a few minutes, somehow knew that their leader wasn't in this mess. I heard out loud that he was in a place with -10 degree weather, so I left my town for the countryside next to it and immediately began speeding through roads and drifting corners in order to get to him. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention that his entire army was chasing me the whole time? Black Winter Night was blaring out of nowhere at this point, and after a few minutes of racing I finally found him. He told me that he wouldn't destroy something important to me if I could find his Cool Orange Clothes. After a few minutes of searching, I found that they were just some Ordinary Prisoner Jumpsuits. Disappointed at how uncool they were, I returned them and promptly woke up.

Had a dream where I was not me, but was instead a girl with a twin sister. My twin sister was extremely timid and easily frightened, I on the other hand was possibly insane and a fairly violent person. My twin sister was also somewhat afraid of me.

The part of the dream I remember most was being at the second floor of a building with two gang members with guns downstairs, eventually I got pissed that they wouldn't come up so that I could kill them easily, grabbed a semi-automatic shotgun, walked downstairs and killed them, I then later intimidated my twin sister into helping me with any more problems from this gang.

Jeez, Baffler, Pisskop, those were pretty freaking dramatic. :o
I haven't had any memorable dreams in a while. I need to stay awake for a few more hours right now to attend an appointment, and then I'll most likely sleep for a good number of hours. Hopefully my subconscious will throw some crazy shit at me to make up for lost time!

I had a dream that I was it walking down a trail near my house, when I noticed a massive set of stairs being constructed, in the middle of a field. They didn't go anywhere except up, which was kind of unusual, but it was a dream, so I was like, okay.
I then noticed a random steel cable going to the top of a mountain, so I pulled out my handy heavy-duty carabiner, clipped it to the cable, and all of a sudden I was zip lining up the mountainside.
When I reached the top, I noticed that I had a parachute on, so I jumped off of the mountain. I looked down at the countryside and thought, "for all the fear and horror in it, this world really is beautiful sometimes." Great internal monologue, subconscious.
It turned out that my parachute was more of a gliding apparatus, so I soared back towards my house. It was really awesome, but as I flew, I started to see things happening below me: a drive-by murder of a semi driver, a terrorist bombing of a train, a different train derailing.
Then, I got home and watched some news. The report that I saw was abut this super elite police force who, despite the fact that all of their funding had been cut, had continued serving until they ran out of equipment. They had taken their last weapon and last piece of ammunition, a tripod mounted rocket launcher with a single rocket, and they aimed it at the front entrance of their station, and then just left It that way, on a busy sidewalk. Despite all of the enemies that the police had, not a single passerby pulled the trigger.
I had a lot of friends in that police force, so I went down to the station. I wanted to figure out what was going on, but none of them told me, so I just hung out and talked with them. After a while, one of them said that I should get going, so I said goodbye and started walking away.
All the police then began chanting a countdown, and I realized that it was New Year's Day. I turned around to look back at the station, and when the countdown reached one, the rocket launcher fired, destroying the station at exactly midnight on New Years.
As I turned to leave, I saw a plane fly through a fireworks display and then crash.
