enable take/give order for farming plot

it would be nice to have stockpile give/take orders accepting farming plot as they do with workshop.

Seems sensible enough. Hypothetically, it would be fairly simple to add the code that lets workshops do that stuff to farms; more so than many other suggestions would be, certainly.

Can't see any problems with this, and from what little I know it probably wouldn't take Toady One too much time.

Siege engines too. And I'm sure people can think of other things that the take/give feature doesn't yet apply to, but could.

I wanted to post this idea myself, too. Seems like an obvious thing to do here, especially since it would make Farmplots a bit easier to manage without unreasonable change.

I think the trade depot is a great spot to consider.  I finally devised a method of air locking the depot, and wanted to set up essentially a customs office.  Trade goods go into piles from the depot, then out to the stockpile level.  Won't work, but I can figure something out.
