To be perfectly honest, as an end to the game, I would prefer the HFS to victory. But until that happens, I will otherwise keep working as if to victory.

Raise 5 armies at each of U-58, CC-36 & CC-27. [17/51]
Raise 10 armies at P-28. [27/51]
Cede P-28 to the dwarves, preventing the human armies from robbing my stockpiles.
13 rob the human mines within reach. [41/51]
11 rob the human forges within reach. [51/51]

On a diplomatic note to the Elves, I'd love if you could get me F-18 so I can get even more theft from the human mines going.

SPECIAL SUPER IMPORTANT NOTE THAT I WILL BE MAD IF IT GETS MISSED:
Steps 1-6 should only be done if I actually have the unicorns and weapon to do them. If Ship actually steals them, everyone involved in steps 1-6 hold instead while I get those back.

Artifacts can't be put "into stocks", they go in a specific tile. Hence why in the description of master theft:

artifacts don't count unless your army is in the same tile that the artifact is being kept in

The rest of Operation Dagger Heard 'Round the World is legit, except for the bit with the Ent. Because he does not keep a hoard, if your army fails against him the dagger will be unrecoverable.

Right, delete turn 6 and revise step 7 to

Step 7: The army formerly at the Tomb of Time moves back into kobold territory, and !!PERFORMS THE RITUAL TO CONTACT GREK!!. One of the armies at V-28 is given 2 Elf Population, 1 Human Population 10 Coal, 5 Wood, 1 Sulfur & 2 Iron Ore for safekeeping.

Also since Madame Matilda goes before you, the dagger will be stolen before your turn gets around. So you won't be able to commence the operation this turn.

No, because they would be in Human army's inventory, not his stocks. If you were to kill the Human thieves who had the dagger and were standing within your borders, then you could get the dagger back and use it in the same turn.
