I just realized that I derped up again and neglected the Halfling "+3 to find Mithril" rule. You shouldn't be capable of having Sulfur mines, but I've let you build and work two already. I'm a bit torn on what to do, but I think I will remove the previously mined Sulfur and convert all Sulfur mines into Mithril. I remembered to abide by the rule this turn, so all of the coal mines are products of 5 and 6 rolls. I don't remember if any of the previously built coal mines were 7s, so I'll just let you keep all of those. Immensely sorry about all this.

Goings onOnly four of the many new Elvish fisheries are raided by the Dragon.
A terrible earthquake collapses the entire mountain of N-16, killing all of the miners. Another cave-in caused by the earthquake at N-17 kills all of the moles and miners. The Humans struggle to reclaim their Balrog infested mine, but the mine is quickly destroyed again by Fle'k Mreth and the brave miners all die. One Human Fishery boiled. At the ever-burning forest, the Balrog fights countless waves of human peasants. The Militia hide behind scorched tree stumps and in badly-dug trenches, waiting for the few and far-between shipments of weapons to come so that they can die. Eventually, the attack orders continue to come in from the capital, but the weapon shipments do not. Many of the soldiers fear Matilda the Red more than they could any Balrog, and decide just to get it over with and charge the beast with their pitchforks and spades.
Meanwhile the Humans have other problems in the form of the Kobolds. Disregarding their apparent peace treaty, GruGru Rak drafts nearly every soul in his empire into either the Human-haunting army of thieves, or stations them near the lairs of mighty beasts. The Humans, despite producing ample surpluses of food, are starving right on their farms due to the swarms of invisible Kobolds that are ever present. Full-scale armies have been stationed on both sides of the Human-Kobold borders, and a true war is imminent (although some optimistic Humans still hold out hope for peace). Not just the food industry is suffering; the heavy industry instituted by Matilda the Red is being slowed nearly to a halt by the Kobold menace. Matilda grits her teeth and grabs her war hammer. Between these rats and the giant demons, she's had enough, and she's going to deal with it herself.
The chief of the great Kobold empire arrives in the dead of night atop a sand dune which overlooks the Tomb of Time. The retrieval crew has met him there, but they do not know why. For the first time in GruGru Rak's life, he feels a sense of anticipation and nervousness. "Bring it here, but don't touch me with it," barked GruGru Rak as he instructed the crew how to use the sword for their purposes. The chief began chanting in Kobold tongue the phrase that all Kobolds knew, but did not know they knew. Instinctively, all the others fell into the trance and began chanting too. In his prison, Grek was not surprised to see the wall opposite his cell door begin to contort into a gateway; this was going exactly as planned. The two demons stationed outside of the cell looked confused and hissed, but the hissing was interrupted by several daggers stabbing the beasts simultaneously. Grek did not say a word as the magic lock on his cell was masterfully picked, and when it was done he stood still with a hand outstretched and open. The sword bearer looked around nervously, knowing his fate if he were to relinquish the blade. The chief put his arm around the thief's shoulder sympathetically for a moment before shoving him towards the deity. Grek smiled and snatched the sword from the Kobold, turning him to dust. He began twirling it in the air, as if to test it, before swinging at a nearby Kobold, turning it to dust too. Grek was about to stab another, when GruGru Rak yelled "Halt! This mindless killing is unnecessary. Leave my men alone and let us conduct business, as was arranged by my ancestors". "Very well" hissed Grek, as he sheathed the Sword. "Now it is time to restore my kingdom! I do not need you for this portion of the plan, so run along now. Rest assured that your payment will arrive as soon as possible." Grek I then telekinetically flung the rescue party back through the portal, before walking down the hallway of his prison with the Sword of Time menacingly aloft in his hand. The next day, GruGru Rak and his men woke up late, bruised and sore from their encounter with the chief's namesake. As they wandered back to the fringe of the desert, some of the Kobolds suddenly began painfully transforming into piles of sand, assimilating into the desert. They realized that the ones in the back of the walking formation were the first to be killed, so one of the keenest observers was ordered to keep a look out behind everyone. He saw no physical entity, but he saw that a wave of desiccation seemed to be following them; cacti and assorted skeletons began turning into dust. Then, they could walk no further: a mountainous spire of rock rose out of the ground in front of the party. Seeing no way around, the chief ordered everyone to draw their weapons and get into their fighting stances. The battle never came. From right in front of the army materialized a blood-drenched elf carrying a large sack, the sword of time, and wearing a pitch-black cloak. "I'm a god of my word" he said before dropping the cloak to the ground and walking back into the desert. All but the chief had turned to dust by this point. He dawned the cloak and hiked home with mixed feelings of loss and triumph.
The Dwarven mountain halls are rocked with celebration as the Dwarves drink heavily in light of the end of the nation-wide mining ban. It was discovered that King Immortal had been suffering from some sort of brain tumor and was not thinking properly, causing his nonsensical restriction on mining. He was operated on in true Dwarven fashion (with white-hot metalworking tools) and was soon back to normal (he could no longer move or feel his legs). All of the Dwarves forgave him after he revealed to the public that, through true Dwarven engineering and cleverness, the king's royal researchers had discovered a way to harvest the holy metal. Not only that, but the King had negotiated treaties with the other empires of the world to purchase several deposits of the stuff. Now began the Dwarven golden age.
