A game that teaches as much as it entertains.

A game that you can easily spend more time planning to play, than actually playing.

A game that really tests your limits, patience, imagination... patience...

It's going to stop being a game at some point, and become something else.  Not sure what exactly.

It's already imagination fuel.

It's impressive in the same way that a great work of fiction, or art, or science, is impressive -- it's a work that speaks to multiple elements of our personalities simultaneously.

A Toast to Toady and ThreeToes: May you live forever - {You might need to in order to finish this wonderful game. *edit* Hmm... Maybe it can't be 'finished'... a great story that never ends.  Even better.}

Oh and thank you both.

It's really amazing how people are able to dissect this game and make scientific discoveries of the game's mechanics. When I saw the EXTENSIVE research on armor vs. bolts, I was incredibly impressed.

From developments in Architecture, to the efficient creation of power, to scientific measurements in in-game physics, I am blown away. Cheers to you, Toady and ThreeToes.

*raises mug* To the health of Toady One and Threetoe! May their beards (I think Threetoe has a beard, anyway) never grow thin.

I love to watch and praise this game, even though I don't have the patience to play it a more than once in a while.
