SUBURB seems to have a bunch of windows for displaying stuff, but nothing is displayed in them right now. It still says it's awaiting a connection. You notice on the top right corner that it says "SUBURB client". Maybe the other disc was supposed to be the server?

(ROLL: 13) You grab your snow shovel from the nearby garage and get down to some manual labor. After a few minutes of grueling work, you manage to separate the snow from the mailbox. Sweet! Those NAKED MOLE RATS got nothing on the power of OPPOSABLE THUMBS. Although this does raise the question of how any mail was put in the box if the squeaky wheel was from the mailman after all.

You head back inside and look for DAD. He must have gotten the mail before you somehow. However, he's not in any of the normal rooms.
