Custom Material Template issue

So... yeah, for some reason DF refuses to acknowledge that this file exists

If I paste the materials into the default material template file thing, it works fine, but when I make my own file it's broken? Did I just spell something wrong or something and I'm not seeing it?

Had the same problem once with a "body_detail_plan.txt" and a "b_detail_plan.txt" once
