Liquid mined deep underground, can be refined into stuff that burns hotter than pitch. Mainly used for powering our golems.

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. A rat in boxer shorts smoking a foul smelling cigar is banging on a cabinet shouting about rent money.

For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

You know how a woman will spawn so many babies but most of them die? What makes them die? Not enough food, the wrong type of food, disease, war. What if you stopped the babies from dying from all those things but the women kept birthing the same number of babies? There would be so many people it would get pretty terrible.
