A small, contained, really-quick-burning fire is used to launch a small projectile at a ridiculous speed.

Remember the computer we described earlier? Good. Now, connect them all, and let them all talk to each other, all over all the kingdoms.

A smaller avian descended from the airplane. These ones are smaller, and have a spinning windmill in it's back to help it's flight. Some helicopters have feathers that shoot out at blinding speeds.

Because trying to stuff Fate/Whatever's engrish and the title of a 17th century book on statecraft into Pokemon syntax tends to make the content incomprehensible.

A GPS is a special compass. It tells you which direction you face, like a compass, but also tells you exactly where you are on the world. The GPS does this by getting invisible messages from a sattelite far above the Earth. A sattelite is like a metal bird which flies very high, so high you can't see it from the ground, and always stays aloft. The people who made the GPS also made the sattelites and sent them into the sky.

If you're underground or in a sturdy building your GPS might not be able to get messages from the sattelites, so it stops working until you get outside.

A token that represents your oath that you're good for the money later, but largely handled automatically by the clerks anyway. Also you can technically wriggle out of it without getting locked up or having your hands cut off or anything, you'll just be known as a liar and thus not able to pull the same trick for several more years. It's possible to steal someone else's and use it for your own purposes, but the victim of the theft is generally not held accountable for the false purchases.
