Nope! Attendance is not required every day for XP purposes. You'll be on a catch up track, but lower levels tend to get more EXP, so it's all good!

That's a relief. Wednesdays for me are booked, basically from sun-up to sun-down.

Background: Up until a week ago, Cyrus was a young squire in the service of Corbec LeFry, knight of Caenan. LeFry was a knight past his prime; frequently drunk, lazy, oafish, and losing his teeth and brain cells. The old fool had heard of a chance for easy money in Traennerus and abandoned his estate, dragging his helpless squire along for the ride.

Things went more or less well, until LeFry decided to stop at a tavern of ill repute and brag a bit too loudly about his status. Thieves slit his throat that very night, and would have killed Cyrus as well if the quick-thinking young man hadn't hopped on his horse and rode for his life.

Hundreds of miles from a home that was no longer his, and with barely a single coin to his name, Cyrus was utterly at a loss. It wasn't until morning that he came up with a solution: he would go to Traennerus himself and apply for whatever job LeFry had lined up. He'd earn some gold and maybe even find a new knight to train under. Confident in his decision and free for the first time in years, Cyrus is ready for an adventure!

Personality: LeFry might have been a wreck, but on the few occasions he was sober he could be a capable teacher. Cyrus has a firm sense of duty and honor, and considers it an act of evil to leave a comrade in danger if he could do anything about it. He mostly gets on well with other capable fighters, though some might be turned off by his more chivalric ways.
Cyrus does have one big problem: Girls! Back home, every female he encountered was either a farmer's daughter to be wedded off, or an old maid who disapproved of things like horseback riding and lance practice. He's never really met one before, and the revelation that women can fight just as well as he can is sure to be a confusing one.

Agh. I was planning to give him a penalty for being near female characters (thus the last paragraph in the bio), and was going to take it away later as character development happens. New plan!
