An update per day is pretty good for succession games, really. Especially when the FPS starts to drop.

Hey guys look elves how nice of them to visit us.

We successfully traded with the elves, we gave them some crafts and in return we got rope reed cloth and some wood.
Also the dining hall finally has some tables and chairs.

Apparently the dwarf diplomat from last year is still here so i have asked BFEL to go talk to him.
I don’t really know what we need so i just asked for steel bars and cats, i love cats.
After the meeting BFEL gives me a small piece of paper.

We need to do something about these dogs, there shitting everywhere, the dining hall stinks, puppy’s that keep jumping on and of the tables.
But i can’t, I just can’t give the order to butcher them. There eye’s it’s just too cute.

well you know when you use something you know how it works, and when something new pops up you tend to use the old one even if the new one is better.

HAHA well if you start training the dogs for war you could probably repel a siege with the canine attack squad, thats why I brought so many dogs along, so that the soldiers would have some teeth to back them up. Also since you dwarfed yourself as a noble anyone who bet "Something completely useless" wins an interweb cookie XD
On a different note, we seem to get a disproportionately high amount of dwarfs with high healing rate, these will be excellent soldiers once trained as healing rate is untrainable, while other military stats are trainable with pump operation, danger rooms, sparring, and simply throwing them at the enemy. If we get a real squad together with some shields then Captain Mountainhomes will start training them and we can be well on our way to having a ridiculously overpowered military.

The dwarven caravan has arrived, i was a bit disappointed, i asked for lots of steel bars but they only had 4.
I also took some leather and our captain now has a steel shield with some bat tooth on it (not sure what’s up with that).

Really these skinks are driving me crazy if you are going to come to our fort at least have the decency to stay a scary skink instead of transforming and running back.

In the resend event i was elected as mayor..... i though i already was the leader here but it seems they wanted me to have a higher title.
Thats fine by me and as my first act of wisdom i am prohibiting the export of bracelets and to make sure it will be imposed.
i am promoting my wife (yes it seems i am married and have kids) To sheriff and hammerer, she of course will receive her own room.
