So, alright, anyone currently playing this? I'm still looking for some kind of RP group to have fun while travelling the wasteland.
Currently gathering material's for my ATV and looking forward to it.

That FPS problems have recently got better for me, I changed my graphic card settings to mainly use my GTM555, not the in-built one. Fallen Earth doesn't seem to recognize by itself which one to use.

I have... No idea what this game is.
It does look quite awesome, though. Maybe if you describe it, I'll add it to my list of 'games to play when I get proper internet'.

i have always fancied playing this, just installing on steam now, i love crafting/survival sort of stuff, what would you say its high points are ?

Definately the crafting for me^^
PvE quests are somehow standard ("lame"), but still quite fun due to the action combat system

I tried making a character, but that engineer your supposed to kill at the start was invisible. and i couldnt do really anything else. Stupid Mac port.

Downloading this to give it a try.

Been reading the forums while I wait for it to download. See posts complaining about the hitbox disparity between sexes, with a picture showing how tiny female chars are compared to males. Might be the first game I play a female character in if it's that much of a difference, haha. Maybe a tiny little female char with a big 2h melee weapon of some sort, for added hilarity.

I gave it a run a while back, but gave up after a while because it was essentially a huge grind fest as you struggled to balance leveling, abilities, and skills. Oh, and you have to spend real money to get a skill respec.

Certainly not a bad game, and is certainly worth trying out (Heck, it's free), but a few design decisions turned me off the more I had to deal with them.
