Your name is Alanna. You don't know why the previous images portrayed you as a guy when you are obviously female!

Weapons:
For self-defense, you have an elaborate steel kris in a sheath across your lower back. In case that isn't enough to mutilate your enemies, you also have a bronze khopesh slung diagonally across your back, with the hilt protruding over your left shoulder. Bronze is especially vorpal to certain monsters, giving you enough oomph to smite them when your kris can't damage them.

In the event that you simply need to go with some good old fashioned face-bashing-in, your trusty staff is ready! A five foot long piece of heavy rowan wood, it has the advantage of being capable of negating certain MAGICKs, as well as being anathema to a slew of fairy-tale and Norse monsters.

But none of the previous weapons can stand up to the sheer classiness of the final item in your arsenal: your umbrella. At the push of a button, a three inch long silver blade extends out of the end of the stylish piece, making it capable of both killing werewolves and protecting you from the fiercest of rains. Silver acts as a poison to several monsters, including werewolves.

Powers:
Being MIGHTILY MAGICKAL as you are, you have command over geometry, trigonometry, and boundaries! While that doesn't look like much on paper, it gives you the ability to warp space and matter based on math and will. You can temporarily rearrange the area around you into Escher-like mind-screws, giving yourself advantages and confusing enemies. In addition, mathematical equations can be scribed onto surfaces for permanent effects.

In addition, you can create boundaries with math. By scratching an equation onto a floor or wall, you can create a semi-visible force field.

You drive along the road towards the city... Hey! What's that sign up ahead?

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

That sign means you're arriving at the city proper, after hours of driving! You'll have to plan out what you'll do once you get there.

You know that you'll need to find a place to stay. You'll also need to secure wherever you'll be living at once you get there. Your ultimate goal is to find other people with abilities like yours. Beware of monsters!

Yes, you give commands now. Sorry I misinterpreted what you meant by boundaries; I'm afraid I have no idea about how what you describe would transition into gameplay mechanics. Could you be a bit more specific?

Do we give commands now? Cause this seems more like a buildup.[/spoiler]
Bold text in my posts indicates what you're supposed to decide actions about. Of course, you can go off on random tangents. This is Bay12, after all.

...after hours of driving!
You are in a car.

EDIT: Also, I just added a little list of everything of value that you have with you.

Well, drawing from Yukari Yakumo the main inspiration, we would control anything that has a boundary, or two sides.

Here and there. Night and day. Poverty and wealth. Luck and misfortune. Life and death. Fiction and reality. She can manipulate where that border lay.

I suppose that's why they call it borderhaxx, actually. *Thinks* In fandom, I think absolute control over flowers is at the same level too. What we have now is a bit more feasible, so don't worry about it.

I will look around very hard for a colour out of space, and go in the opposite direction.

So a mailbox is too modern but a car isn't?  :P
Anyway, I draw a "x2" on the speedometer in order to go faster.

On an impulse, you cast your piercing gaze across the approaching city. You fail to see any colors that couldn't be derived from the three primary colors, but nevertheless, you remain vigilant.

Anyway, I draw a "x2" on the speedometer in order to go faster.

But you already pimped out your ride! You'd scribbled on the engine back when you first got the car, then updated your speedometer to accurately measure your changes. In addition to that, you made the windows, doors, and roof bulletproof.

You also fixed the air conditioner, an action you consider the most important change you've made to the car to date.

Perhaps you should suggest actions to take when you get to the city? I was waiting for you to say what sort of place you rent or something, so then I could skip ahead to when you reach your destination. Also, remember the monsters when you choose a place.

I'd say an apartment at the top level of a building right next to another building's roof that you can easily reach, so as to leave/enter without using the front door.

Couldn't we just teleport between doorframes, which are in fact boundaries?

Also, the apartment should be as close to a fire station as possible.

EDIT:It's a good idea to have a non-magical way to escape, just in case.

New Innsmouth.. Perhaps we can locate a bookstore, and find a few copies of H.P Lovecraft. It could help.
