If you're strictly looking in the "Predatory" genre, there's a Japanese game called Biko 3.

This would probably be the time to mention that's a Hentai game. In case anyone else decides to see what it's about while they're at work.

There's always The Hidden: Source, which is basically Predator in game form. There's one team of IRIS operatives versus the eponymous Hidden. IRIS has numbers and equipment, whereas the Hidden's very mobile, strong enough to one-shot with his knife's alt-fire (only a limited number of times per round based on player numbers, for balance) and almost completely invisible. As he's only armed with a knife and up to three pipe-bombs (again, depending on IRIS' team number), he's got to be tricky in order to pull out a win.

Fun things to do include feeding on dead IRIS soldiers to regain health, grabbing their corpses and pinning them to walls, or just jumping around with the body and then dropping it in front of a guy who's all alone and watching him freak the hell out. On the other hand, playing against a good Hidden is an exercise in tension and paranoia, because LOOK OUT ABOVE YOU, oh no, it's too late, he hit you with a pigsticker stab and is now using your giblets as a macabre art-display.

Also, IRIS doesn't get notified when their teammates die, so if you get stuck all alone for a while there's a good chance everyone else will be too dead to answer your radio request for them to report in. Enjoy the pants-wetting terror of rounding a corner and seeing everyone hanging down from the ceiling!*

Sadly, only a few people play it anymore, and the mod hasn't updated properly in about five years or so. Valve's updates to Steam have broken the in-game server browser, too, so you'd have to use Game Monitor's server listing to get into games. Then, seeing as people are mostly using custom maps now and the game doesn't let you download them by default, you'd have to finagle around with the ingame dev console. Also, it requires any Source engine game, but that part's pretty easy to handle.

*Not actually sure it's possible to pin people to the ceiling.

"Compatibility mode", dude. If he tries running it under "capatability mode" some terrible thing involving elder gods will probably happen.

You say that like it's not a good time to discuss weird people. It's always a good time to discuss weird people.

I was like, ha, this looks like a pretty dumb and boring game. I was so wrong. Gentlemen, I have discovered true fun.

I heard Dwarf Fortress can get pretty violent...
The tales of Obok Meatgod still haunts me. Oh the horror!
I've seen some shit. Obok Meatgod doesn't compare.

Also OP, I recommend that if you're not turned off at all by MUDs that you play HellMOO or HateMOO for what you desire. Otherwise I can recommend Morrowind if you want to roleplay it more than a bit, or perhaps a game like Fable or Black and White. All of those games can in my opinion let you be kind of predatory and even a bit sadistic.

I saw it on gurochan. It was a full-blown torture and dismemberment mod that went over real well with the folks there. I haven't tried it myself since my computer is unable to install Oblivion let alone run it, but if you search around on the internet you should be able to find said mod.

There was also a mod in the works for Morrowind that has since been discontinued that featured some elements of cannibalism, and it was kind of interesting. I haven't tried it as I would rather not use an unfinished mod, but then again I don't have any character concepts for cannibals of any sort. Except for Skirge, though I'd rather not get into it about him. He puts Obok Meatgod to shame.
