I guess I would go with Company of Heroes. It's not exactly based around it but I found that I tend to be a very ruthless and predatory general to my own team. Which on reflects saddens me a little.

This is mostly because I always get out-played and spend most of my time running grunts under tank treads to try and keep them from reaching my base. I also take a rather sick thrill with sending out mine destroyers with their flail spinning in the air and sending it through a platoon of enemies.
One of the best tactics I found in the early game was to rush a large amount of flamethrower engineers and riflemen into the machine gun emplacements and try to get them to reach the other player's HQ. The riflemen are used as fodder and if you can get some flamethrowers roasting that building they can't build any units to expand with and will be resource choked. The battlefield tends to look like Verdun 1916 after I'm done with it. I'm a little too focused on infantry fodder methinks.

Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines seems to fit the bill. Vampirism is, by nature, predatory. And with Celerity and/or Potence and Blood Buff, hitting a guy with a melee weapon will send them flying. Or you can go Gangrel with claws and warform and mystic wolves and all that jazz. Or Nosferatu becoming one with the shadows and then emerging and sucking people's blood. Or being Malkavian and making people have heart attacks or go berzerk and start attacking everyone around them.

It's not the highest quality ultra-violence, but it's satisfying and immersive.

Close Combat could possibly fit.
I mean, if a tank pulling up behind an infantry group isn't some sort of invitation to immediate and horrible death I don't know what is. And in my games artillery tend to be these horrible killing machines which slaughter both infantry and tanks alike.

Dwarf fortress adventure mode is pretty violent, I know it's cliché but I love sneaking around and breaking the arms and legs of children so they can't escape then slowly torturing their parents to death in front of them while they crawl away then stabbing them and leaving them to bleed out. Good fun and try Sleeping Dogs, it came out recently. It isn't as violent as you'd like but its surprisingly fun to shoot people and watch them run away covered in blood or swing a car door open and send some unlucky bystander flying and my personal favourite, giving out a free flying kick to everyone close to you to teach them not to fuck with the Sun On Yee! I adore violence in games but unfortunately I do not own any games that satisfy my needs as a psychopathic torturer person lady guy thing man.

Madworld is basically centered around merciless, creative and over-the-top violence. One of the better games released for Wii, I'd say.

Shirling has a lot of potential for violent and predatory play, but it's hard to get enough players for teams.  It's also not a "video" game, which seems to be what everyone else is suggesting.

I do that rag-doll thing in Oblivion, too.  A lot of the time, I play with them more like dolls, though.  The springy joints make them hard to pose. Bouncing people and stuff around with spells is also fun. I try to see how much air time I can get.

I can't really think of anything on the level of what you can do in DF adventure mode, especially with mods.

Wich mods increase DF ADDV mode violence potential?

I have a tendency to whiteknight in DF ADV mode, wich gets boring. Also made my own mod of a mod in WxSand that allows me to experiment on creatures(I.E braindead meatballs), having a bit fun modding in substances and experimenting with them on the creatures.

I just want something where i can hear the screams of the NPC's as i chase them around, have them do drastic measures, such as jumpung from high places, and/or trying to feed another to it.

Real life. Also it has nice graphics and is free (or at least the cannibalistic-shit-throwing-people-bashing sections are).

I've been doing a lot of Masterwork Mod Adventuring and going for Rifleman. I was ambushed by some dudes, so I shot the wizard in the spleen and leg, and he began to crawl off. As he did, I turned around and put two bullets right into the faces of his friends. Since ammo was pretty scarce for me at that point (I think I only had the starting 5 shots for the rifle. Hadn't looted ammo from a fortress yet), I opted to beat the wizard to death with my rifle, which took some time as my Hammer skill was nil, but the rifle was made of steel, so it still hit hard when it made contact.

Also, shot a few people in the ass and watched them flee.

Real Life jokes sucks. Theres a reason why people play games, not to stay in reality.

Real-Life is pretty awesome as long as you have a good character roll, consider re-rolling for a white-male in a decent Western country. I've had decent success with a Celtic male born in Australia focusing on the science and politics skill-tree. Little bit short of gold at the moment but nothing a few years of grinding shouldn't fix. I find myself always coming back to Real-Life due to the awesome facial animation that nobody has managed to copy correctly yet.
