Poo, didn't mean to disappear for so long. Loved the updates though, very excellent stuff. Everything that my dwarf did seemed like it could've fit in great with how his journal entries were going. :P Due to the lack of soap ever existing/realization of the evil ways of the Soapy One, combined with the continued crapsack of a mood the fort's in from all the death, he gives up hope. Decides that the vampires must be the true cleansers, releases Nexus, and later the rage side of him from his journals completely takes over, resulting in his insanity and eventual death.

Good times in Horrorfailed.

Still accepting dorfings? Then get me a dwarf with comedian skill, little regard for tradition and a copulsion for helping others.
(Bonus points for 'Marxy Marx' as an additional nickname :P )

And though I doubt I'll get to play, could I be put on the waiting list?

Well shit. Battlefailed has claimed its first casualty.

Maybe he and Squirreloid are out for a drink together.

Time for another prod at Strategia. And if he provides no answer until whenever I am first free tomorrow (more than 12 hours from now) he'll be another tragic soul consumed by this fort.

I'm really sorry, I was looking forward to running this mess, but I've been out of DF for a bit too long, and I can't bring myself to focus on it. I'm sorry for leaving you all hanging for so long, but this is me bowing out. I'll still be following the place, ofc, but I just can't focus on actually playing it.

Best of luck to Lord Slowpoke. I could upload my save, but since I played for less than a week, there seems to be little point.

14th Granite, 510

I just so happened to notice that Sethrist decided he's finally done overseeing the fort and handed the power to someone else. I found the guy who won the lottery, made sure he disappeared and stole his slab Being as wise as he is, he decided to grant me, Kar Puwuncobi, El Presidente the title and relevant powers. On a side note, there's now a vacant, smoothed bedroom available. Guess I'll be taking that, no?

So, what, are we talking The Master levels of "Begins", or is this different? Are we more doomed?

Well, regardless of that was intended, I am one who prefers to see such complicated situations resolved in a moderately comical manner.

Therefore,

El Presidente, feel free to address the vampire conspiracy however you see fit. I'm too lazy to brief you on it.
