Sheep: It's a blackberry. It has some buisness-class apps, calculators, some graph-making programs, and Hangman.

Tarran: The connection is processed through a seperate device. You have no way to affect it through your current system.

Check: Do the workers in the factory use USB storage devices outside the grid at all?

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

[[OOC POST]]
Well, since it already started, and I still have nought, I guess I'm out. Also, I tend to forget to check Bay12, so you'll be waiting for me for a long time... Anyway, use my spot for someone else, I guess. Tatty-Bye!

mmmmmm blackberry. This will be fun.

So I'm stuck on this mobile phone. At least I can sense its connection to a wider place, the internet. Latch onto an outgoing packet and see if I can upload myself to the interwebz.

Crazysheep: You latch a piece of code on an outgoing packet, but find it pretty much mutilated by the time it gets to the reciever. The data loss on such a wireless connection is huge, and thus, it's more than absurdly risky to try and get across yourself.

SHAY: Yep, you are! :D

X-03: That sucks. If you want to come back in, you still can. We've done virtually nothing, so far.

Tarran: USB sticks are used, but a survey of usage records reveals that they're rarely inputed into the grid computer. One will probably come along, but you might want to use this bit of time to do other things.

Bah, time to try something else to get out of this mobile phone then.. Attempt to duplicate my code. If successful, disguise myself as a demo copy of a translation program.

Sheep(?): You manage to stumble blindly into a man's cell phone. Luckily, it has just enough space to keep you in it.

As I said before, it has barely enough space to keep you inside it. A copy of all your data is somewhat unlikely at this point.

Besides, I would like to make one point clear. A particular piece of code embodies all that you are. Unfortunately, you are unable to replicate whatever made you.

OOC: Whoops.. gotta pay more attention to stuff.

So.. it seems that I might be here for a while. It might be worthwhile to make this a temporary home for me.. which means it's time for some redecorating. Start looking for statistics on how this blackberry has been used so far, paying attention to details such as program update frequency and computer backup/update frequency.

You really have terrible luck. :D

The owner hasn't updated anything in months. Luckily, he's due to have it serviced within a few days; a stroke of good luck?

Also, you come across some financial data; notes on investments of this man's clients. Judging from the numbers, he's carrying a lot of capital. Perhaps he runs a company? This phone might present more opportunities than expected...

Like what? I'm not sure one can do much in a diaper factory computer if he is planning on not being a crazy AI hellbent on destroying humanity. I'm open to suggestions.

Oh I didn't realize shay was meant to be me

Sewage network tweak to find inefficence, then try to set up a distributed network, and finally try to shave tiny bits of money of many accounts. Invest the money give back more money to those whom I took it from

Sorry about no bold, this is from a phone.

Hmm.. I wonder how I could use the service to my advantage. Try to find out what the service entails - search for a user manual if such a thing is stored on the phone. Also, start taking a good look at the financial data in the phone to see what exactly I could do with it.
