Stuff you did which made you "lol"

So just anything that made you at least smile.

For example i was amused about sending a human caravan a "gift" of a skunk. Bet the leader will love him and his smell!

I just found a barrel which contained a wheelbarrow. Inside the wheelbarrow was another barrel. I don't even understand how that is possible.

my joke is I have a Airlock system where magma floods a room so I can have no Uninvited guest.
I trap a caravan in it a flood it for Lulzsake
Best is when they try to run from the flood of lava

The amount of malice in this thread is actually causing me some concern. I mean, chaining up mothers and forcing them to breed, just so we can drown their children to harvest their organs? Does this strike no one else as absolutely horrific?
You misspelled 'hilarious'

I

MAGMAAAAAAAAAA'd

my world, expecting to be the only survivors.

I forgot about my one-way back door which is literally a door, but I pulled the lever too late. I laughed as it was stopped because it was an artifact and I wasn't going to die. But the world did.

I loled when i finished my project in a 20x20 Royal Dining Room.

My project was a well in the middle of the room.

Well this room is about 20 levels under and pressure starts to get real high when water comes down from a river.

In stress of saving the fortress i locked all the doors to the dining room. What happened to the dwarfs inside that dining room is not to be spoken of besides the idea of an in fortress aquarium.

Floating nobles are very nice to watch swimming around.

I need to get to magma, everyone else is having far too much fun with it.

I once tapped a brook to fill the cistern of my hospital's well.  The brook was about 6 z-levels above the hospital.  I was curious why suddenly all of my workshops started flooding...

Funny thing is I knew about water pressure already.  I'd been careful enough to avoid it until then, but it was pretty humorous to see it in action for the first time.

Mud-wrestling pit.
I would trap female members of a civ in a cage trap, wait for them to go insane then dump them in a muddy whole and have my dwarves watch them fight to the death. Unfortunately we got a few melancholies so it pretty much goblin chicks choking emo girls.

While adventuring I contracted vampirism and since my crossbowman companion kept killing every creature I tried to feed on, I fed on him instead. I forgot that news travels quickly (and inexplicably, considering nobody saw me kill him) and went back to town to Report Successes. Got mobbed by the townspeople, and in the course of trying to leave town, by a flock of tame geese as well. I was all like YEAH ATTACK-GEESE and killed them too while laughing.

Children you rescue shouldn't behave like rabid beasts.  I guess your regular companions shouldn't act like rabid beasts either.
I think that's a little more impossible than I'm likely to have time for.

Not too long ago I had a pretty bad goblin siege, and no time to get everyone to safety, so I locked down my fortress, leaving well over half my fortress outside the lockdown.  Roughly thirty dead dwarves later, I see the goblin army charging one of my ammoless rangers.  Assuming this would be fun to watch, I drafted him quickly and sat back to watch his limbs fly everywhere.  Not only did he not die, but he set the two swordgoblins and bowgoblin flying, then he ripped the ammo off the bow user, and started firing at the now retreating-off-the-map siegers.

This dwarf, having shown that fuck all can stop a dwarf without booze, evicted my mayor and moved in to that room.
