I'd prefer no further players, but also promise to end the game quickly. To wit:

This turn: Claim O-21, P-20, Q-19, R-18, S-17, T-16, U-15 and V-15.

Next turn: Raise armies in V-15, U-15, T-16, S-17, R-18 & Q-19. Claim T-14, S-13, T-12. Attack the five human sites I'm adjacent to.

Okay...

I'm saying it now, I surrender. My towns submit to the elven overlords. I am going to get curbstomped.

I wouldn't give up so easily. He hasn't any weapons, so you would have a defensive advantage if you constructed some forts. Also he seems to be preoccupied with killing the other humans.

Unicorns count as weapons.

Fair enough. What are the conditions of your surrender Corai?

Edit: Also apologies for breaking my role as an impartial GM by giving tactical advice. It won't happen again.

I'll gladly trade 10 turns of not killing OR enslaving you for the Fortress technology.

This should be obvious, but I'm just pointing it out. You won't lose the Fortress tech if you trade it, the recipient will simply gain it.

Done. I assumed you would not need it because you would be rushing everyone, but okay.

Other techs that I am interested in and can be traded for peace include: Mining, Mithril Mining, Smelting, Magma Smelting, Smithing, Armoring, Weapon Smithing, Charcoal Burning, and Sailing. You get 1 turn of peace per point of research cost.

Grek, only dwarves can use mithril mining. Even if you got the tech, you couldn't use it.

Are you sure? It says that only dwarves can research it, but it doesn't actually say anywhere that you have to be a dwarf to use it after you've gotten it.

MrWillsauce will have to answer that one. "Empire must be dwarves" is very vague.

Only dwarves may research it, but I guess (if they were filthy heretics) they could trade the techniques away. Same goes for Elvish mithril smithing. I really hadn't thought about it, or trading technologies at all, until now.
